Verfahren zum Aufheften von Knöpfen auf Verkaufskarten.
 EMI1.1

Method of pinning buttons on sales cards.
 EMI1.1
Holes of the button are drawn and then led to the attachment point for the next button, there pulled through the holes of the button, again to the next sewing point, etc. With this type of stitches, loosening a single button is only possible if the thread is on the Attachment point of a button is cut.

The invention relates to a stitch by which the buttons are also attached to a card in consecutive order, but the individual buttons can be loosened easily and without cutting the thread by simply pulling them off the card. The fastening is so strong through a special clamping of the individual thread layers in the buttonholes that an unintentional loosening of the buttons from the card by shock and the like. Like. Can not take place.

The stitch formation is illustrated in the attached drawing, for example, and shows in the individual figures how the thread is passed through the buttonholes and how the button is finally held on the card by the friction of the individual thread layers.

From Fig. 1 it can be seen how a needle 1 guides a thread 2 through a card 3 and a button 8 from below.

From Fig. 2 it can be seen how when the needle 1 goes down, a loop 6 is formed on both sides of the needle and a gripper 5 is inserted into the loop 6.

Fig. 3 shows how the loop 6 is held by the looper 5 while the needle J! has already receded completely and shifted by the buttonhole width in order to insert the thread 2 through the second buttonhole from below when going up again. This process is illustrated in FIG.

Fig. 5 shows how the looper 5 pushes the loop 6 through the loop 7 which has been formed in the second buttonhole.
