Electrically operated insect (fly) catcher.
According to the present invention, the usual electrically operated vacuum cleaners for catching and killing flies and the like are used. Like. Insects, especially in cow and horse stables, made usable in such a way that an easily detachable nozzle for receiving a perforated or otherwise air-permeable collecting bag and a likewise easily detachable protective housing enclosing the collecting bag can be connected to the exhaust opening of the fan housing. The flies sitting on the walls, in nooks and crannies of the stable can thus be conveyed to the catch bag by means of the suction line through the ventilator and the above-mentioned nozzle, in order then to

be when you use the catch bag z.
B. is designed as a perforated paper envelope, which can then be burned with its contents easily. Furthermore, by special design of the suction nozzle precautions are taken to scare away and catch the flies or the like.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, FIG. 1 showing a diagram with a partial section, FIGS. 2 and 3 showing details for the connection of the collecting bag and FIG. 4 the special design of the suction nozzle.

pushed and also releasably attached to the socket e. One end wall j 'of the protective housing j forms a part of its own which is fastened to the connection piece e according to FIG. 2, so that it complements the interior of the housing after adding the protective housing and suitable locking. As the nozzle e can be detached, the inside of the fan is easily accessible so that it can be cleaned from time to time.
The suction nozzle c is designed like a scoop at its open end at in and is provided with a brush n at the edge of m. The purpose of this is, on the one hand, not to damage the walls when they are guided along, and, on the other hand, to ensure a tight seal between the sliding edge and the wall to be coated.
At o an incandescent lamp is also inserted into the suction slot in order to make the surfaces to be coated more visible even in the dark and to make it easier to catch the flies, which are known to strive to scare away at the light source.
