Stick tape made of wood or cardboard.
The invention relates to ignition rod strips made of wood or cardboard with ignition rods arranged next to one another at the edge. According to the invention, the tape is subdivided by incisions or scores running in its longitudinal direction in such a way that the ignition sticks can be folded against the middle parts and with these against each other, so that by simply folding the tape together and cutting it in the transverse direction, book fuses are obtained in which the ignition sticks form a whole with the wrapping.
In the drawing, the fuse strip is shown in FIG. 1 in a flat state and in FIG. 2 in a folded state.
The continuous wood or cardboard strip B is divided in the longitudinal direction by incisions a into five fields, of which the two outer fields b receive incisions in a known manner to form the ignition rods. These are made usable through appropriate treatment. The inner fields c, d are as. Serving determined. The middle field d, which gives off the back of the cover, is covered with a friction compound, while the fields c, d are used to attach advertisements. The fuse tape is punched the width of an ordinary packet of book detonators so that the individual packets can be separated.
