Process for breaking down and improving feed of all kinds.
The residues of the distillations of alcohol factories are fed, the liquid part of the waste, namely the smaller operations of molasses distilleries and pressed yeast factories are hardly used.
Due to the boiling process of the mash during distillation, the stillage has suffered a significant loss of valuable enzymes, vitamins and biological decomposition products, which in their original state, if these substances were present, would subsequently have an effect on the feed substances supplied.
The subject matter of the present invention is a method to reactivate the above valuable substances which have been destroyed by the cooking process in the stillage and at the same time to enrich them and to use the stillage produced in this way to digest feed in a biological way.
The process is carried out as follows: Feed of every age, as produced by biological digestion methods according to patent no. 103891, is introduced into the stillage in suitable apparatus and exposed to a temperature of about 380 C and later the temperature is increased moderately, whereby under suitable mechanical agitation the stillage is strongly enriched in biological decomposition products, enzymes and vitamins and then feed or
Raw materials. which are used as fodder, such as bran, cereal scrap, maize, types of straw and the like. The like. Gradually added, the process of biological digestion then being completed after 24-48 hours, depending on the origin of the raw material.
The feed produced in this way has increased in practical nutritional value and can either be fed directly or it is brought into silos, where it remains indefinitely and indecomposable if the air is closed, or it can also be freed from the snack fire in suitable drying equipment will.
