Fussbekleidung.

Footwear.
In particular, in warm weather or after prolonged exertion, the foot treads, as is well known, and in order to take this into account, the proposal has already been made to make the front part of a shoe, which is independent of the heel part, displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the shoe by means of an adjusting screw mounted in the shoe heel for the purpose of change the length of the eye. This known type of shoe design has the disadvantage that the shoe, which is adapted to the tarnished foot, is too long, which on the one hand affects the appearance, on the other hand the toe of the shoe is not properly filled, so that it bends up and becomes a hindrance to walking because of the risk of stumbling becomes.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the interior of the shoe can only be regulated in terms of height, while the shoe length remains unchanged.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment according to the invention in partial longitudinal section.
In the heel 1 of the shoe, a rotatable screw spindle 2 secured against longitudinal displacement is mounted, which passes through a sliding piece 3 provided with a nut thread and which is displaceable in the heel in the longitudinal direction of the shoe. One end of a strip 4 made of stiff leather or another suitable material is attached to the slider 3. A stepped leather plate 6 is attached to the front foot part of the leather strip 4 by means of rivets, screws 5 or the like, which is attached to a shoe sole 7 by means of Screws 8 or the like fixed, corresponding to the leather plate 6 stepped plate 9 made of leather or the like. The insole 10 rests on the leather strip 4.
The one at the foot of the wearer. Available interior space of the shoe is by operating the screw. 2 adjustable in height, 11th between. The upper stepped plate 6 moves on the lower stepped plate 9, but the length of the shoe remains unchanged.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Footwear whose interior space available to the wearer's feet can be changed by means of an adjusting screw mounted in the shoe heel, characterized in that the interior space of the footwear is adjustable in height.
