Ringventil.

Ring valve.
The object of the invention forms a ring valve with on the one hand on the valve plate, on the other hand seated on the catcher plate link parts that are outside the movement path of the closing ring of the valve plate, u. between. Preferably at the turning point of the elastic line of the handlebar, d. H. that line, which is determined by the neutral fiber of the handlebars, are connected to each other. This achieves complete sealing of the valve, great protection of the connection points and a reduction in the mass of the valve plate.
The drawing shows an example embodiment of the valve, u. Between Fig. 1 shows the valve plate, Fig. 2 shows the catcher plate, Figs. 3 and 4 show the assembled valve in plan and section, Fig. 5 shows a connection point in section.
The valve plate and catcher plate are made by stamping. The valve plate 12 (FIG. 1) consists of two or more concentric rings connected by webs, the end ring 1 and an inner ring which carries two or even three radial extensions 3. The inner ring is cut open by two, possibly three cuts, so that two or three circular-arc-shaped arms 2 are created, at the free ends of which the extensions 3 are located.
In Fig. 2, the catcher plate is shown, which consists of a spider surrounded by a circular ring. The arms 7 are cut open near the hub, while the ring is cut open at the attachment points of these arms by two opposite cuts. The arched arms 5 then extend from the remaining arms -1 on one side and are bent out so that they press the valve plate 12 elastically against the valve seat 11 (FIG. 4). and on the other side the arched arms 6 to which the arms 7 adjoin.
The ends of the arms 7 are with the extensions. 3 connected to the valve plate (Fig. 3) and in this way, an elastic link for the valve plate is formed by the parts 2.-3, 7 and 6. The connection point of the two link parts (FIG. 5) lies at the turning point of the elastic line of the link, so that the connection point is spared as a result of the elimination of bending stresses.
This arrangement also reduces the moving masses, since the relatively massive connection points cover only half the path of the valve plate when the valve plate is moved.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Ring valve, characterized in that on the one hand on the valve plate and on the other hand on the catcher plate seated link parts (2,.) Or 7) are connected to one another outside the movement path of the closing ring (1) of the valve plate.
