  Hohlstein.

  Hollow stone.

The invention relates to a hollow stone with a plurality of cavities arranged behind and next to one another, two fold-like projections on one side and the corresponding groove-shaped recesses on the opposite side. The novelty is that a central rib is arranged between the falzary projections and the groove-shaped recesses. These central ribs subdivide the central chamber delimited by the tongues or grooves in the joints, which is advantageous for increasing the insulating effect of the hollow stone. The perforation of the webs separating the chambers of the stone, which takes place in a further embodiment of the invention, also serves to improve insulation.

The subject matter of the invention is shown diagrammatically in the drawing.

The two parts 1, of the stone have strips 2, 2 'on one face and on the opposite

The parts 1, 1 'are connected by two webs 5, 5', which enclose a cavity and tongue-shaped central ribs 6,6 ', which protrude on both sides and abut with their front sides against those of the central ribs of the adjacent stones in the association and thus the joints Form interrupting channel-like cavities.

All webs are kept relatively strong and penetrated by holes 7, which at most have different sizes.
