Description

Plaster mortar carrier.
Since the mortar does not adhere well to the smooth wire of a net, the wires of the net have already been wrapped with textile fibers or paper, or a fiber structure wrapped with metal wire has been used as the chain of a wire mesh. In one case, one element of the wire mesh consists of a straight metal core wrapped by a fiber structure, in the other case of a straight core made of fiber structures and wrapped by a metal wire. With such braids, the disadvantage can arise that the individual parts of the fabric are not connected to one another in such a way that they cannot be moved.
In order to avoid this disadvantage, in the plastering mortar carrier according to the invention, at least part of the fabric is made of thread, which is made of an iron wire and a web of fibrous material. If an iron wire and a fiber web are twisted together, no part of the other can move. Such a thread is uniform over its entire length, so that it can be used to produce a uniform fabric. The ends of the individual parts do not separate from one another at the intersections of such a thread, so that working with such thread is easier and less disruptive. The thread made from iron wire and a fiber web can only form the warp or weft of the fabric, or the fabric can be made exclusively from such thread.
It is particularly advantageous to use sisal web because it is rough and fibrous so that the plaster adheres well to it.
In order to increase the adhesion of the plaster to the fabric, it is soaked in a known manner with a liquid binder, e.g. B. with heated liquid bitumen, and cared for it with a granular material, e.g. B. with sand or fine-grain broken bricks.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Plaster mortar carrier, which consists of a coarse-meshed fabric, characterized in that at least one part of the fabric is made from a thread consisting of a metal wire and a web of fiber material.
