   Die über Bleilegierungen mit herauslösbarem Begleitmetall erzeugten porösen Bleiplatten haben sich als Elektroden für saure Akkumulatoren infolge ihrer hohen Kapazität als besonders geeignet erwiesen. Bei dem Einbau von   Akkumulatoren   mit hoher Kapazität ist es nun nicht unbedingt nötig, auch die Kathoden über die Bleilegierung darzustellen. Dies war überraschend, da bekanntlich die Akkumulatoren des Handels über eine gewisse   Kapazitätsgrosse   nicht hinaus kommen, und es   musste überraschen,   dass hindernd an dieser   Kapazitä. tssteigerung   nur die Anoden solcher   Akkumulatoren   waren, während die seitherigen Kathoden wohl eine höhere Leistung hatten, sie aber in Verbindung mit den bisherigen leistungsfähigeren Anoden nicht in Erscheinung treten liessen. 



   Da die Anoden, die über Bleilegierungen hergestellt sind, höhere Kapazitäten besitzen als die Anoden des Handels, wird durch die Kombination einer aus einer Bleilegierung durch Herauslösen des Begleitmetalls hergestellten Anode mit einer handelsüblichen Kathode die Gesamtleistung des Akkumulators erhöht. 



   Die vorstehend genannte Kombination ist von besonderer wirtschaftlicher Bedeutung, weil es für die Einführung leistungsfähigerer Akkumulatoren möglich ist, unter   Umständen   die seitherigen Kathoden mit den auf den neuen Prinzipien dargestellten Anoden zu paaren. Auf diese Weise werden grosse Anlagewerke gespart.

   The porous lead plates produced via lead alloys with removable accompanying metal have proven to be particularly suitable as electrodes for acidic accumulators due to their high capacity. When installing batteries with a high capacity, it is not absolutely necessary to display the cathodes via the lead alloy. This was surprising, since it is well known that the accumulators of the trade do not get beyond a certain capacity size, and it had to be surprising that this hinders this capacity.    Since the anodes made from lead alloys have higher capacities than commercially available anodes, the overall performance of the accumulator is increased by combining an anode made from a lead alloy by dissolving out the accompanying metal with a commercially available cathode.



   The combination mentioned above is of particular economic importance because, for the introduction of more powerful accumulators, it is possible under certain circumstances to pair the previous cathodes with the anodes represented on the new principles. In this way, large investments are saved.
