Verfahren zur Herstellung von Tonerdezement.
Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Tonerdezement.
Bei der bisherigen Herstellung, insbesondere von Portlandzement, war die Aufbereitung der Rohmasse, also die Herstellung einer innigen Mischung der Rohmaterialien, welche einer ganzen Reihe von chemischen oder physikalischen Bedingungen genügen musste, von wesentlicher Bedeutung. Gerade in physikalischer Beziehung muss die aufbereitete Rohmasse von höchster Innigkeit sein, es muss also neben jedem kleinsten Kalkteilehen auch die für die Reaktion bestimmte Tonmenge eingelagert sein.
Hieraus erhellt ohne weiteres, dass die Aufbereitung der Rohmasse, wie sonst bei Portlandzement üblich, für das gesamte Arbeits-und Herstellungsverfahren von grundlegender Bedeutung und ausserordentlich schwierig ist. Es wäre daher ein bedeutender Vorteil, wenn es gelingen würde, die gesamte Aufbereitung der Rohmaterialien zu beseitigen, bzw. die sehr kostspielige Vorzerkleinerung auf ein Minimum zurückzuführen. Es würde damit auch das Trocknen und Vermahlen der Rohstoffe überflüssig werden, ebenso könnten die für die Staubbeseitigung erforderlichen Arbeitsmittel in Wegfall kommen.
Es ist bereits ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Portlandzement durch Schmelzen der Rohstoffe bekanntgeworden. Es werden hier die Zementrohmaterialien unter Umgehung der RohmehlhersteJIung

The subject matter of the present invention relates to a process for the production of calcium aluminate cement.
In previous production, especially of Portland cement, the preparation of the raw material, i.e. the production of an intimate mixture of the raw materials, which had to meet a whole range of chemical or physical conditions, was of essential importance. In physical terms, in particular, the processed raw material must be of the utmost intimacy, so in addition to every tiny piece of lime, the amount of clay intended for the reaction must also be stored.
From this it is readily apparent that the preparation of the raw material, as is usual with Portland cement, is of fundamental importance for the entire work and production process and is extremely difficult. It would therefore be a significant advantage if it were possible to eliminate the entire preparation of the raw materials or reduce the very costly pre-shredding to a minimum. This would also make drying and grinding the raw materials superfluous, and the equipment required for dust removal could also be dispensed with.
A process for the production of Portland cement by melting the raw materials has already become known. The cement raw materials are used here, bypassing the raw meal production
