Anordnung an kippbaren Seifenspendern finir flüssige Seife.
EMI1.1

Arrangement of tiltable soap dispensers for liquid soap.
EMI1.1
The outlet opening is closed. The valve housing is fastened to a cap which is screwed with its internal thread onto a ring fastened to the neck of the container.
This method of fastening has the disadvantage that due to the rigid connection between the valve housing and the ring fastened to the neck of the soap dispenser, the slot in the valve housing did not always come into the correct position during fastening, which means that the
Soap dispenser not working properly.
According to the present invention, these inconveniences are avoided in that the cap is provided with an adjustable locking device, by means of which it and with it the valve housing with slot can always be secured in the correct position.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the fastening device is shown for example: FIG. 1 is a section through the soap dispenser. Fig. 2 is a section through the upper part of the same on a larger scale.
The container 1, which is fastened to a ring, can be tilted around two pins (one of which is denoted by 2 in the drawing). The valve housing provided in the interior of this container is designated by 3, the valve body by 4 and the unscrewable discharge nozzle by 5. A slot 6 is provided in the valve housing which, when the container is tilted in the direction of the arrow, comes to rest on top. The valve housing 3 is attached to a cap 8 which is internally threaded and can be screwed onto the ring 9 provided on the neck of the container 1 with a thread.
In order to secure the screwed-on cap in its position, a locking device is provided which, in the simplest possible way, consists of a clamping screw 10, which is screwed into a laterally provided hole in the cap using a screwdriver and with its widened head 11 against the thread of the ring 9 presses and the cap 8 secures against automatic loosening when actuating the soap dispenser or against unscrewed unscrewing, since the
Screw is deep in the hole in the secured position.
Since the cap 8 is higher than the ring 9, it does not come into contact with the upper edge of the ring, and the cap does not have to be screwed on so far that it touches the soap container with its lower edge. The cap can be held in any position by the locking screw 10.
Instead of the head 11 of the screw 10 pressing against the thread of the ring 9. the thread can only reach up to half the height of the ring so that the head of the screw does not touch the thread. but presses against the smooth part of the ring. which embodiment has the advantage that the thread is not damaged by the head 11 of the screw 10.
