Measuring vessel for mixing machines.
The present invention relates to a measuring vessel for mixing machines, the useful space of which can be connected to the supply pipe for the liquid or to the discharge pipe after the mixing machine by a three-way valve. The invention consists in this. that the three-way valve with its housing can be rotated around the axis of the connection piece on the measuring vessel and can be fixed in any desired position.
If the water supply line or the vent valve is suddenly shut off, water hammer can easily occur, which can lead to destruction. In order to avoid this, according to the invention, the measuring vessel is equipped with an air chamber which is in permanent connection with the tap housing and the inflow line.
In order to maintain the connection between the air tank and the water supply line even when the haline housing is rotated, there is a connection in the connection flange or in the

The easiest way to supply the compressed air is through the vent valve in the measuring room, etc. in such a way that a three-way valve is provided in the ventilation line, which connects the measuring vessel with the compressed air line when emptying and with the outside air when filling. In order to be able to change the three-way cock for the air in the same cycle with the reversal of the three-way cock for the water, both cocks are necessarily coupled to one another, either by connecting them with a linkage or by arranging them on an axis.
In order to achieve continuous operation, two identical measuring vessels are used which are connected to one another in such a way that when one is filled, the other is emptied and vice versa. This is achieved by coupling the two water taps with one another. If you connect the top of the vessels with a pipe, the air from the filling vessel is pressed under the pressure of the inflowing liquid into the emptying vessel and acts
