 getrocknet und die Papierbahn über eine Siebtrommel geleitet, durch die von innen her die den Belag bildenden Glas- oder Schnnirgelstaubkörner mittels Druckluft auf die beleimte Fläche aufgebracht werden. 



    Zweckmässig   wird die Papierbahn noch durch ein Druekwalzenpaar gezogen, von denen eine oder beide beheizt sind, um die Verbindung zwischen dem Belag und dem Papier bzw. Leinen inniger zu gestalten. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausfiihrungsform der Vorrichtung dargestellt. 



   Die Papier-oder Stoffbahn a wird an eine rotierende Bürstenwalze b angedrückt, die in einen von einem Heizmantel c umgebenen   Leimkessel taucht.   Die beleimte Papierbahn wird über eine Walze e und eine   Umlenkungswalze t auf   eine Siebwalze   y   geleitet, so dass der Leim auf dem langen Wege Gelegenheit erhält, etwas einzutroeknen. Vorteilhaft kann auch eine der Walzen e   und t oder   beide beheizt sein. Durch die hohle Achse A der Siebwalze g wird Druckluft zugeleitet, die Schmirgelstaub mit sich führt und denselben entsprechend der grösseren oder geringeren Feinheit des Siebes am beleimten Papier absetzt. 



  Vorteilhaft ist eine Walze t vorgesehen, welche es ermöglicht, die Papierbahn zweimal auf die Siebwalze zu leiten. Von der Siebwalze gelangt die Papierbahn zwischen die Druckwalzen k und l, von denen k beheizt ist. Unterhalb der Siebwalze ist ein Trog m vorgesehen, in welchem sich die herabfallenden Schmirgelkörner sammeln. 



   Die Vorrichtung wird   zweckmässig mit   einer   Druekvorrichtung   zur Aufbringung eines Firmenaufdruckes auf der Rückseite und mit einer Schneidvorrichtung zu einem Automaten vereinigt. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Schmirgelpapier u. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine beleimte Papier-oder Stoffbahn über eine Siebwalze geleitet wird, in deren Inneres ein Luftstrom eintritt, welcher die den Belag bildenden   Schmirgeikörner   mit sich führt.

    The paper web is expediently drawn through a pair of printing rollers, one or both of which are heated in order to make the connection between the covering and the paper or linen more intimate.

   The paper or fabric web a is pressed against a rotating brush roller b which is immersed in a glue pan surrounded by a heating jacket c. The glued paper web is guided over a roller e and a deflection roller t onto a screen roller y, so that the glue has the opportunity to dry in something on the long way. One of the rollers e and t or both can also advantageously be heated. Compressed air is fed through the hollow axis A of the screen roller g, which carries emery dust and deposits it on the glued paper according to the greater or lesser fineness of the screen.



  A roller t is advantageously provided, which makes it possible to guide the paper web twice onto the screen roller. The paper web passes from the screen roller between the pressure rollers k and l, of which k is heated. A trough m, in which the falling emery grains collect, is provided below the screen roller.



   The device is expediently combined with a printing device for applying a company imprint on the back and with a cutting device to form a machine.



   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Device for the production of emery paper u. The like., characterized in that a glued paper or fabric web is passed over a screen roller, in the interior of which an air stream enters, which carries the smear grains forming the coating with it.

Claims

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the glued paper or fabric web is partially dried before it reaches the screen roller.
