Schwimmerventil mit zweiteiligem Schwimmerhebel.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung an Schwimmerventilen, mittels welcher der Schwimmer in seiner Höhenlage und in einer beliebigen Höhe waagrecht verstellt werden kann. Die erste Verstellung ist erforderlich, um den Abschluss des Ventils und damit die zufliessende Flüssigkeitsmenge zu bestimmen, die zweite Verstellung soll ein etwaiges Anstreifen des Schwimmers an der Gefässwand und die Folge dieses Streifens (Klemmen des Schwimmers) verhindern. Gemäss der Erfindung ist der den Schwimmer tragende Teil des Sehwimmerhebels mit dem auf den Ventilkörper einwirkenden Teil durch ein Kugelgelenk verbunden.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel in Fig. 1 und 2 in zueinander senkrecht stehenden Ansichten dargestellt.
Der bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gabelförmige, den Schwimmer tragende Teil a des Schwimmer- hebels trägt an dem dem Schwimmer abgekehrten Ende eine Kugel b. Diese ist an dem auf den Ventilkörper einwirkenden Teil c des Schwimmerhebels mittels der Pfanne cl durch die Schraube e in jeder erforderlichen Stellung festklemmbar. Nach Lösen der Schraube e ist der Teil a mit dem Schwimmer zum Zwecke der eingangs erwähnten Einstellungen verstellbar.

The invention relates to a device on float valves by means of which the float can be adjusted horizontally in its height position and at any desired height. The first adjustment is necessary to determine the closure of the valve and thus the amount of liquid flowing in; the second adjustment is intended to prevent the float from touching the vessel wall and the consequence of this streaking (float jamming). According to the invention, the part of the eye float that carries the float is connected to the part acting on the valve body by a ball joint.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 1 and 2 in mutually perpendicular views.
The fork-shaped part a of the float lever carrying the float in the exemplary embodiment carries a ball b at the end remote from the float. This can be clamped to the part c of the float lever acting on the valve body by means of the socket cl by the screw e in any required position. After loosening the screw e, part a can be adjusted with the float for the purpose of the aforementioned settings.
