  Walzverfahren zur Herstellung von U-förmigen Profilen mit hohen Flanschen. 



   Das Walzen von Profilen mit hohen Flanschen ist schwierig, weil die Walzen, in welche die   Flanschen   eingeschnitten sind, zu stark geschwächt werden. Deshalb soll nach der Erfindung in den Stichen, in denen dies erforderlieh ist, die   Schwerpunktsaehse   des Profils unter   Beibehaltung   der Gesamtprofilsreihe entsprechend verlegt werden, u. zw. durch Einziehen des Rückens des Profileisens. 



   In der Zeichnung ist a ein   U-förmiges   Profil, wie es nach dem bisherigen Verfahren gewalzt wird. 



  Die   zugehörige Schwerpunktsaehse   ist x-x. Nach der Erfindung wird das Profil b. wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, bei c eingezogen, so dass sich die Schwerpunktsachse bis nach y-y verlagert. Dadurch hebt sich bei dieser Anordnung das Profil um dieses Mass aus der Unterwalze in die Oberwalze. Ihn letzten Stich, der   nur   wenig Druck hat, wird dann das Profil mit seiner   richtigen Schwerpunktsaehse in   die Walzen   eingeschnitten.
