EMI1.1
Lackierung.

EMI1.1
It is known, cement boards u. Like. To be provided with a so-called cold cement glaze. The goods can undergo careful post-treatment and storage in the factory. It is different with the glazing of plaster walls in construction. This option is not available there, the work must be completed quickly and handed over soon.
According to the present method, glazing is carried out with the known cement glaze mass and in a known manner by painting and spraying the same onto the suitably prepared wall.
About 0-2 to 1% by volume of the glaze dry mass of the lacquer-soluble substance are intimately added to the glaze mass, e.g. B. stearates, palmitate, such as palmitic zinc, resinous or palmitic alumina or the like. The glaze is safely protected from cold, drafts and heat during application and the following 48 hours and then in a known manner with a non-saponifiable Phenol, acetate or similar gloss or matt lacquer solution coated, which dries quickly and hardens well. Such varnishes are also available in qualities that are more or less resistant to acids. The lacquer dissolves the finely distributed particles of the additive in the glaze, bonds with them, settles in the finest pores and hardens there with the dissolved particles.
He has practically sucked himself into the glaze surface, the pores completely again when it hardens
EMI1.2
walls can quickly produce a good cold cement glaze with a permanent shine, which becomes harder over time.
What is new about the present process is the addition of paint-soluble substances to the cement glaze mass in connection with a later impregnation or painting.
