 EMI2.1
a section according to V-V of FIG. 1. In FIGS. 4 a to 4 m, the positions of the cover plate for the twelve successive operations are shown schematically. Fig. 5 shows the cooperation of the rotary valve with a water gas system, while in Fig. 6 and 7 the special drive of the rotary valve is shown.

In Fig. 1, the shaft 4 is driven via the bevel gear pair 2, 3 from the shaft a, from which the plate 5 is inevitably driven, for example by a square. According to the drawing, the plate 5 consists of two separate plates, the upper half of which serves as a cover plate. while the individual circular-arc-shaped channels are cut into the lower half. Of course, the plate can also be made from one piece. The plate 5 rotates above a fixed plate 6. Both plates are located in a closed housing 7, from where the pressure oil can flow through a channel 8. The tubes 9-14 open into the plate 6. The distribution of these connecting pipes can be seen from FIG.

A special representation of the individual feed and discharge lines has been omitted in FIG. 1: only channels 9 and 11 are shown there. The lines 9-14 lead to the individual cylinders controlled by the pressure medium, the more detailed mode of operation of which can be seen in the schematic FIG. Furthermore, the plate 6 also has a feed

corresponding slide of the water gas system operated. If a channel is released by the slide 5, it is in connection with the discharge line 8, the pressure medium can flow out and a reversal is made again.

The reversal is best done in such a way that the pressure oil presses against a spring-loaded piston, so that when the pressure is stopped by the spring, the piston is pushed back and the pressure oil can flow out at 8. The mode of operation is explained in more detail with reference to FIG.

In Fig. 3, the individual ring channels that are located in the plate 5 are shown. As soon as one of the openings in FIG. 2 comes under one of the circular arc-shaped channels 8-23, the respective

It can be seen that in the previous control processes, the hot gas valve had to remain open for proper operation of a water gas system. This is done in that the opening 11 remained permanently covered by the annular channel 20, so that the pressure oil could act on the control cylinder during the entire time. According to FIG. 4 l, however, the hot gas slide is now closed. Mechanically connected to the opening or. Closing movement of the hot gas

is located. By a further rotation of 300, the plate 5 assumes the position according to FIG. 4 a and the game is repeated again.

In FIG. 5, an overview of a water gas system known per se is shown, the connecting lines with the openings in the base plate 6 being indicated schematically. Here is 30 the

High triangular disk 69; which is connected to rod 65 at 70. The movable triangle 69 has two stops 74 and 75 on the other two triangle corners. Fixedly connected to this triangle and also movable around the pivot point 70 is a device 71 which has two projections, u. between a projection 72 which is larger than the second projection 73. With these two projections a disk 76 is brought into engagement, on which stops 77 and 77 a sit.

The disk 76 is advanced by a small amount with each upward and downward movement of the rod 65 (for example via a lock or a similar device). Since this further movement has only indirectly to do with the idea of the invention, it is only shown schematically in the drawing.

In the position of the triangle 69 shown in FIG. 7, no further movement of the disk ring 78 would take place. The bolt 75, which is shown in its lowest position in the drawing, would go up and not be able to engage in the next projection 79 of the washer rim 78.

Further movement of the ring 78 only occurs when the triangle 69 is folded over so that the bolt 74 can engage in the projection 79 a. When the rod 65 descends, the disk 78 would then move jerkily.

The turning over of the disk 69 takes place in the following way: If the wheel 76 rotates so far that the stop 77 a comes under the projection 73, the triangle 69 is overturned and can take the rim 78 with it. If the triangle 69 is to be rotated back into the position shown, the second stop 77 is provided for this purpose, which comes into engagement with the projection 72 and takes care of the desired folding over of the triangle 69. It is readily apparent that by adjusting the stops 77 the point in time of the further movement of the disk ring 78 can be determined.

By combining the two specified means, namely the circular slide and the specially designed drive device, it is possible to adapt the water gas system to different operating conditions.
