Abstract

Getränk, insbesondere weinhaltiges Mischgetränk, mit den Inhaltsstoffen Wein, Wasser, insbesondere Brunnenwasser, sowie ferner Schwefeldioxid und/oder schweflige Säure, wobei das Getränk violett gefärbt ist, wobei die Violettfärbung durch eine Mischung der Komponenten Brilliant Blau E133 mit einer Konzentration im Bereich von 0,1 ppm bis 200 ppm, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 1 ppm bis 10 ppm, und Anthocyane E163 mit einer Konzentration im Bereich von 1 ppm bis zur Sättigungsgrenze, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 10 ppm bis 100 ppm, erhalten ist.
