  Schuhinnenschicht.

  Inner shoe layer.

The invention relates to an inner shoe layer. consisting of a lattice-shaped. Uniform and even framework made of elastic material, with the purpose of excepting the formation of a good one. to ensure the proper elimination of vapors from the foot, adapted to the shape of the foot and its unevenness.

Various embodiments of shoe inner layers are already known, which, however, either cannot or not completely eliminate the foot exhalations due to a lack of ventilation, or are not very suitable for absorbing the mechanical stresses, especially at the edge points, and consequently cause considerable discomfort for the shoe user.

It has now been found that the aforementioned disadvantages are avoided if the inner shoe layer consists of a lattice. Narrow-web frame made of elastic material.

inserted only after the so-called pinching, before laying the outsole e. Care must always be taken. that the cells are open on the side facing the inside of the footwear.

In the exemplary embodiments shown, the cells are closed on one side at the bottom with a sealing closing layer c. This is watertight, so that the cell spaces. Keep insole and foot free from moisture. The surface of the final layer c facing away from the inside of the footwear advantageously bears a coating of resins. Varnishes. Paints or the like.

The arrangement of the framework within the watch mechanism is as mentioned. not subject to any particular restrictions. For example, it has emerged that the inner layer of the shoe can be placed on or in the so-called upper leather of the footwear, for example on or in the boot shaft, without impairing its effectiveness. can be arranged. In all cases just take care of that. that the cell spaces of the layer are able to soak up foot exhalations and press them out again.
