So z.

Toothbrush.
Toothbrushes are already known whose handle is provided with a spoon. In the known embodiments, the handle part was formed into a container and accommodated the spoon in the latter. According to the invention the spoon is formed from the end of the toothbrush handle itself, u. zw. In such a way that the handle part is bent away from the toothbrush head, the upper boundary surface of the spoon part being designed parallel to the back surface of the toothbrush head on which the toothbrush rests.
The subject matter of the invention is therefore designed so that the toothbrush or

There is no tipping over or the risk of pouring out when the spoon is full, which has the advantage that a bottle or other container from which a liquid or powdery agent is poured into the spoon can be grasped with both hands that the staining of the floor covering or the like is avoided when pouring. The spoon can serve as a measuring vessel for medical purposes, if z. B. the amount of a spoon or half a spoon to be measured. Another advantage is that the spoon attached to the toothbrush can easily be inserted into the neck of a bottle containing salt or powder.
In addition, the spoon does not rust or erode; it has no sharp edges, is easy to clean and does not interfere with the use of the toothbrush.
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, u. FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the toothbrush combined with a measuring spoon, and FIG. 2 shows the longitudinal section of the toothbrush and the spoon.
The toothbrush head, which continues into the handle part 2, is denoted by 1. The end of the handle part consists of a widening 3, which is shaped so that when the toothbrush head and the widening rest on a horizontal surface, the upper boundary surface of the widening runs parallel to the horizontal surface. The widening 3 is provided with a recess 4 which corresponds to the cavity of a spoon. The side surfaces and the inner end of the recess are advantageously perpendicular, while the outer end surface is inclined so that the contents of the spoon can be easily poured out.
When the cavity of the spoon is full, which is possible because the end surface is parallel to the wing, with both hands free to fill the spoon, as mentioned above, an accurate measurement can be carried out. So z. B. could be measured depending on the size of the cavity 4, the amount of a teaspoon or half a teaspoon. Since the spoon is made of the same material as the toothbrush, it can be cleaned easily, it will not rust, it allows easy pouring out of its contents, is always ready for use and cannot be easily misplaced.
