Schlauchkupplung.

Hose coupling.
The invention relates to a hose coupling and consists essentially of three conical sleeves which are pushed over one another and connected by a type of bayonet lock, with
EMI1.1
The base part, which is either provided with detachable devices in the same way on both sides or can be permanently connected to one hose part on one side, consists of a sleeve 1 with which a rubber od. Like. Disk 2 is connected. A conical sleeve 4 with the flange 6 is pressed into this disk 2 and is supported by a bayonet lock
Disk 3, which in turn is firmly connected to the rubber body 2 and the opposite parts, held. The second part receiving the hose consists of the conical sleeve 9 equipped with resilient tongues with the cross-shaped flange 8 and a stop 12 for limiting the movement.
The third part of the hose coupling (FIG. 3) consists of a sleeve cone with a flange 16 acting as a cover on the sleeve 1 and with fastening hooks 17. The claws 7 of the bayonet lock have a continuous opening 11 and a protruding approach towards the disk 3 18 with a level 13 '. The step 13 'serves as a stop surface for the stop 12, the protruding part 18

of the cross-shaped flange 8 of the resilient sleeve cone 9. Between the sleeve cone 4 and the disc 3, an annular space 6 is left in which the slightly protruding from the sleeve 9
Hose 19 is received and there is slightly compressed during the coupling process.
The suspension of the sleeve cone 9 can be achieved in various ways. He will either
Slits 20 are provided, as shown in FIG. 7, or inwardly resilient tongues 13 are provided, which extend slightly thickened away from the base, so that they clamp the tube 19 when pushed inward through the cone, or the tongues 13 can also attach to the The inner surface of the sleeve cone 9 has wings 14 resting on it, which partially encompass the hose and clamp due to the pressure from the outside.
The mode of operation is as follows: the middle part 9 carrying the hose is pushed onto the cone 4, pressed and rotated so that the arms 10 of the flange 8 slide into the slots 11 of the claws 7. If the stop 12 hits one of the steps 13 ', the rotation is complete and the connection established. Once this has happened, the conical sleeve 15 with the cover flange 16 and the locking hook 17 is pushed onto the resilient sleeve cone, pressed and rotated until the hooks 17 engage under the projecting lugs 18 of the claws 7.
The advantages of the invention are in the absence of any screw part and in particular in the
Protection of the hoses and the ease with which they can be detached from the coupling.
