Kautschuksandale und Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kautschuksandale und ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und bezweckt, solche Sandalen in einfachster Weise mit sehr geringem Kostenaufwand herstellen zu können und dabei ein Produkt von sehr gefälligem Aussehen zu erhalten. Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung wird die Sohle samt Fussspitzen-, Ferse-und Ristbändern in einer Ebene liegend in einer einteiligen Form aus einem
Stück Kautschuk hergestellt. Die Bänder erhalten hiebei eine solche Länge, dass sie beim Anlegen am Fuss einander überlappen, wobei an den zu verbindenden Stellen der Bänder aussenseitig in Eingriff miteinander gelangende Knöpfe und Löcher vorgesehen sind.
In der Zeichnung ist Fig. 1 eine Schauansicht einer Sandale nach dem Verlassen der Form, aber mit weggeschnittenen Graten und eingesetzten Knöpfen, wobei die Sohle in der Druntersicht und die verschiedenen Bänder flach ausgebreitet ersichtlich sind. Fig. 2 ist eine Schauansicht der Sandale mit gehobenen und durch Knöpfe verbundenen Bändern.
1 ist die Aussenseite der Sohle aus Kautschukkomposition, 2 deren Innenseite und 3 der Sohlenrand. Das hintere Ende der Sohle ist aussen bei 4 verdickt und bildet einen niedrigen Absatz, doch kann auch ein gesonderter Absatz beliebiger Form und aus beliebigem Material an der Sohle befestigt werden.
Von den Rändern der Sohle gehen Fersen-, Rist- und Zehenriemrn 5 bzw. 6 und 7 aus. 8 ist ein Fussspitzenband. Die Rist-und Fersenbänder sind miteinander durch zusätzliche Bänder 9 verbunden, während eines der Zehenbänder eine Verlängerung 10 aufweist.
Es können Knöpfe 11 vorgesehen sein, die in Löcher 12 an den Enden der Bänder eingreifen, um die Sandale dem Fuss anzupassen. Die Knöpfe sind zweckmässig hohl und können an den Bändern durch Aufpressen od. dgl. befestigt werden. Die Befestigungs-und Verbindungspunkte der Bänder untereinander liegen in der oberen Mittellinie des Fusses.
Es ist zu beachten, dass die Innenfläche 2 der Sohle und die Innenflächen 13 der Bänder bei offener Sandale in derselben Ebene liegen. Dies ist für die vorliegende Erfindung wesentlich, weil es die Verwendung einer einteiligen Form ermöglicht, deren Produkt auf einer Seite völlig flach ist. Dadurch werden ersichtlicherweise die Herstellungskosten der Sandale wesentlich verringert, weil die Notwendigkeit der Verwendung eines Leistens entfällt.
Im übrigen kann eine beliebige Verbindung der Bänder an der Oberseite des Fusses vorgesehen sein, welche jedoch der Bedingung entsprechen soll, dass der Fuss vor einer Berührung mit Metall geschützt ist. Der Umriss der erfindungsgemässen Sandale kann beliebig gewählt werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kautschuksandale, bestehend aus Sohle, Fussspitzen-, Fersenund Ristbändern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohle samt Fussspitzen-, Fersen-und Ristbändern in einer Ebene liegend in einer einteiligen Form aus einem Stück Kautschuk hergestellt wird.

Buttons 11 can be provided which engage holes 12 at the ends of the straps to adapt the sandal to the foot. The buttons are expediently hollow and can be attached to the straps by pressing or the like. The fastening and connection points of the straps are in the upper center line of the foot.
It should be noted that the inner surface 2 of the sole and the inner surface 13 of the straps lie in the same plane when the sandal is open. This is essential to the present invention because it enables the use of a one-piece mold, the product of which is completely flat on one side. As can be seen, this significantly reduces the manufacturing costs of the sandal, because the need to use a last is eliminated.
In addition, any connection of the straps on the upper side of the foot can be provided, which should, however, meet the condition that the foot is protected from contact with metal. The outline of the sandal according to the invention can be chosen as desired.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A method for producing a rubber sandal, consisting of sole, toe, heel and instep straps, characterized in that the sole, including toe, heel and instep straps, is made in one plane in a one-piece form from a piece of rubber.
