Zündkerze für Explosionskraftmaschinen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Zündkerze für Explosionskraftmaschinen, bei welcher die Verbindung des Isolierkörpers mit dem Zündcrfuss mittels Schraubengewinde erfolgt, wodurch eine leicht lösbare und doch vollkommen sichere Befestigung erzielt wird.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Längsschnitt zur Anschauung gebracht. Der Porzellankörper a ist an seinem unteren Teile mit einem Aussengewinde versehen, mit welchem er in den Zünderfuss d eingeschraubt wird. An seinem oberen Ende ist der Körper a mit einer mit Innengewinde versehenen Bohrung b ausgestattet, in welcher ein Gewindebolzen c eingeschraubt ist. Über diesem Bolzen ist ein zweiter, die Klemmschraube g tragender Bolzen t eingebracht, dessen konisches Ende von dem konkaven des Bolzens c durch einen kleinen Zwischenraum (Funkenstrecke) getrennt ist. In dem Stutzen c ist der den Zünderfuss durchdringende ündstift/'eingeschraul) t und so leicht löslich und doch sicher mit diesem verbunden.
Zwischen den einzelnen Verschraubungen sind Asbestdichtungen eingelegt, um ein Ausströmen der Gase zu vermeiden.

The present invention relates to a spark plug for explosion engines, in which the connection of the insulating body to the ignition base is made by means of screw threads, whereby an easily detachable and yet completely secure fastening is achieved.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in a longitudinal section. The lower part of the porcelain body a is provided with an external thread with which it is screwed into the igniter base d. At its upper end, the body a is equipped with an internally threaded bore b into which a threaded bolt c is screwed. A second bolt t carrying the clamping screw g is inserted above this bolt, the conical end of which is separated from the concave end of the bolt c by a small gap (spark gap). The pin penetrating the fuse base is screwed into the socket c and is thus easily detachable and yet securely connected to it.
Asbestos seals are inserted between the individual screw connections to prevent the gases from escaping.
