Abstract

Eine Tiereinstreu in Form von Pellets enthält eine Kombination aus Lignozellulose und Tonsilikat, wobei die Lignozellulose in gemahlener Form vorliegt und als Tonerdesilikat Zeolith in gemahlener Form enthalten ist. Als Bindemittel für die Pelletierung wird ausschließlich Mais verwendet. Vorzugsweise enthält die Tiereinstreu wenigstens einen Ammoniak bindenden Stoff und beispielsweise ein Additiv ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Bindemittel, Flieshilfsstoff, Gerinnungshilfsstoff, Emulgator, Verdickungsmittel und Geliermittel.
