dieser Art ist der Erfindungsgegenstand einfach in seiner Bauart und Verwendung und von langer Lebensdauer. Dadurch, dass sich die Zähne gegen die senkrechten Flächen des Tragarmes legen, erfolgt zugleich eine besondere Entlastung des Rollenzapfens gegen den Zug der Wäscheleine.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, u. zw. ist Fig. 1 ein Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 eine Ansicht von oben und Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht mit eingelegter Wäscheleine.
Der Wäscheleinenspanner besteht aus einem Tragarm a, dem Zapfen b, der drehbaren Rolle c mit die Rückdrehung verhindernden Zähnen e, der Feder/, den Erhöhungen g und dem Deckel h.
Der Gebrauch des Wäscheleinenspanners ist folgender :
Man hängt den Anfang der Leine cl in einen nicht dargestellten Haken, zieht sie zum gegen- überliegenden Wäscheleinenspanner und legt die Leine um die Rolle e, zieht die Leine wieder nach der andern Seite usf., bis genügend Leine gezogen ist. Nun zieht man die Leine fest ; die Rollen e drehen sich, u. zw. so lange, bis die Leine gespannt ist. Dann erfassen die Zähne e den Tragarm a, die Wäscheleine ist gespannt ; ein jeder Abschnitt ist für sich gespannt. Zieht man jedoch die Leine so, dass die

sich die Wäscheleine wieder leicht und mühelos aus den Rollen herausnehmen. Ein Verknoten am Schlusse der gezogenen Leine erübrigt sich, man braucht die Leine nur noch einmal um die Rolle zu legen und lässt das Ende herabhängen.
Ein Beschädigen der Wäscheleine durch den Wäscheleinenspanner ist ausgeschlossen. Körperkraft und Zeit werden gespart, und es können Leinen aller Stärken verwendet werden.
