Rotierende Brikettpresse.
Fig. 3 zeigt schematisch eine Doppelpresse.
Fig. 3 zeigt schematisch eine derartige Doppelpresse.

Rotating briquette press.
Rotating presses are also used to produce pellets. The
Difficulty with these, the moldings from the shape giving recesses, grooves and. Like. To bring out after pressing, usually require complicated and expensive facilities.
The invention is intended to take this into account through its simplicity.
The essence of the invention is that in the groove of a disk of a rotating briquette press an ejector is arranged, which is designed as an endless flexible belt, whereby the pressed articles are ejected from the groove.
According to the invention, the drawing shows one of the possible embodiments in the side view in FIG. 1 and in section in FIG. Fig. 3 shows schematically a double press.
For example, the press consists of a grooved washer, which is formed from washers 1, 2 and 3 and is held together by screw bolts. An ejector element 4, which is designed as an endless, flexible belt and is guided over a tensioning roller 5, moves in the groove formed by the three disks. A press wheel 6 engages in the groove, the circumference of which has recesses or projections 7 for shaping or dividing the press strand. The groove disc and press wheel are rotatably mounted about axes 8 and 9. The press wheel 6 is driven by a countershaft.
The material fed in through a hopper 10 is pressed against the ejection element 4 when the press wheel rotates, and this and the grooved disc are carried along by friction. After the pressing has taken place at the narrowest point 11 between the press wheel and belt, the recesses or lugs located on the press wheel detach from the press strand, since the latter is held in place by the friction on the side surfaces of the groove. Only after the further rotation is the pressed strand pressed out of the groove by the belt 4, since this is guided out of the groove by its guidance via the tensioning roller 5. The pellets either fall off or can be removed using a scraper.
In the case of pressed material that offers little resistance to being ejected from the groove, the tensioning roller can also be omitted and the belt can only be so long that it just comes out of the groove on the side of the grooved disc facing away from the press wheel and thus exposes the pressed strand.
The performance of the press can be increased as required by simply lining up two or more press wheels and grooved disks with the ejection elements. Fig. 3 shows schematically such a double press.
