Gummiervorrichtung.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gummiervorrichtung, bei welcher der Träger für den Pinsel od. dgl. in einer Durchbohrung des Behälterdeckels längsverstellbar angeordnet ist und besteht darin, dass die Bohrung des vorteilhafterweise aussen auf dem die Behälteröffnung umschliessenden Hals aufgeschraubten Deckels mit Muttergewinde versehen ist und der Träger für den Pinsel od. dgl. entsprechendes Bolzengewinde besitzt, so dass seine Längsverstellung durch Verschraubung im Deckel erfolgen kann.
Es sind Flaschenverschlüsse bekannt, bei welchen ein in einer Bohrung einen Pinsel längsverschieblich tragender Stoppel derart in die Flaschenöffnung eingesetzt ist, dass er mit einem ringförmigen Absatz am Rand der Flaschenöffnung aufsitzt, der durch einen besonderen, aussen am Flaschenhals aufgeschraubten Deckel dicht an den Öffnungsrand angepresst wird. Bei Verwendung einer Klebeflüssigkeit als Flaschenfüllung ist nach kürzester Zeit eine Längsverstellung des Pinselträgers ausgeschlossen. Ferner sind bei der Verwendung des Pinsels zwei Arbeitsgänge nötig, das Abschrauben des Deckels und hierauf das Entfernen des Stoppels samt Pinsel, was bei klebendem Flüssigkeitsinhalt nicht leicht geht. Sehr schwer ist insbesondere das dichte Einsetzen des Stoppels nach erfolgter Arbeit.
Es ist gewöhnlich erst nach Entfernen der von der erhärteten Klebeflüssigkeit gebildeten Kruste möglich.
Demgegenüber kann die Feinverstellung des Pinsels bei der Ausführung gemäss vorliegender Erfindung jederzeit und in beliebigem Ausmasse, ohne erst den Deckel herunternehmen zu müssen, erfolgen. Auch wird das dichte Aufbringen des gleichzeitig den Stoppel ersetzenden Deckels nie behindert, da derselbe aussen auf den Flaschenhals aufgeschraubt wird, also auf einem Flaschenteil, der mit dem Flüssigkeitsinhalt nicht in Berührung kommt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Schnitt dargestellt.
Auf die Öffnung des die Gummierflüssigkeit enthaltenden Behälters 1 ist ein Deckel 2 aufgesetzt (links) oder aufgeschraubt (rechts) und mit einer Bohrung mit Muttergewinde 3 versehen, in welches der mit entsprechendem Aussengewinde ausgestattete Träger 5 für den Pinsel 6 eingeschraubt ist. Die Einstellung durch Verschraubung ermöglicht es, dass der Pinsel stets nur auf das unbedingt nötige Mass in die Gummierflüssigkeit 7 ragt. Der Durchmesser des Deckels und damit der Behälter- öffnung wird zweckmässig als ein mehrfaches der unteren Pinselbreite gewählt, so dass beim Herausnehmen des Pinsels dieser nicht an den Öffnungsrändern streift und dort Gummiermittel absetzt, das erhärtet und allmählich eine wesentliche Verengung der freien Öffnung verursacht.
