Haubenmaske.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus Gummi oder andern dehnbaren Werkstoffen, wie Kunstgummi, Polyvinylverbindungen od. dgl., bestehende Haubenmaske, also eine Gasschutzmaske, die haubenartig über das Gesicht und den Hinterkopf des Gerätträgers gestreift wird. An sich passen derartige Masken für sehr viele Kopfgrössen, da sie ja aus dehnbarem Werkstoff bestehen. Es sind auch bereits Masken bekannt, deren Rand mit einer Verstärkung versehen ist. Es kann jedoch vorkommen, dass der am Hinterkopf anliegende Abdichtungsrand der Maske überdehnt wird. Eine solche Überdehnung kann zu Beschädigungen der Maske führen.

Die Verstärkung kann durch ein ungefähr parallel zum Rand gelegtes und durch Schlaufen geführtes, mit Knopflöchern versehenes, dehnbares oder nicht dehnbares Band bewirkt sein, das auf beiden Seiten der Maske an Knöpfen verstellbar anzuknöpfen ist.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. 1 ist die Haubenmaske. 2 ist der dem Hinterkopf anliegende verstärkte Rand. 3 ist das durch Schlaufen 4 geführte Band, das durch an der Maske befestigte Knopfe 3 und Knopflöcher 6 verstellbar ist.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Haubenförmige Gassrhutzmaske aus Gummi, Kunstgummi oder dehnbaren Kunststoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Hinterkopf anliegende Rand der Maske mit einer besonderen Verstärkung ausgestattet ist.
