Aufbewahrungsbehälter für Haubenmasken.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufbewahrungsbehälter für Haubenmasken aus dehnbarem Baustoff, wie z. B. Gummi, Kunstgummi, Polyvinylverbindungen u. dgl. Für diese Masken ist es ungünstig, wenn sie eng zusammengelegt aufbewahrt werden. Die Aufbewahrung ist um so schwieriger, wenn die Maske mit dem Filter zusammen aufbewahrt werden und jederzeit griffbereit sein soll.
Die Maske muss in einfacher Weise so aufgehoben werden, dass eine Verformung vermieden wird, trotzdem darf für die Lagerung nur ein geringer Platz beansprucht werden. Ausserdem ist zur Erhaltung es Maskenmaterials die dauernde Belüftung der Aufbewahrungsbehälter notwendig.
Die Erfindung besteht aus einem Aufbewahrungsbehälter aus Pappe oder einem ähnlichen billigen Werkstoff. In diesem ist ein Zwischenboden angeordnet, der einen Ausschnitt von der Form des Maskenprofils besitzt. Das aus dem Zwischenboden herausgeschnittene Stück dient zur Halterung des Filters und zur Formhaltung für die Maske. Auf dem Zwisehenboden ist an passender Stelle eine Vorrichtung, z. B. eine Sehlaufe, angeordnet, die zur Halterung des Ventils dient. Die Schachtel wird durch eine biegsame Metallzunge verschlossen, die durch einen Schlitz des Sehaehteldeekels gesteckt und umgebogen wird.
Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung als Ansieht in den Fig. 1, 2,3 und 4 dargestellt. In Fig. 1 ist 1 eine Schachtel mit dem Deckel 2. Die Schachtel und der Deckel sind mit Luftlöchern 3 versehen.
In der Schachtel ist auf halber Höhe der Zwischenboden 4 angebracht. Dieser besitzt einen Ausschnitt 5, der dem Profil der Maske entspricht. Auf dem Zwisehenboden ist eine Sehlaufe 6 zur Halterung des Ventils angeordnet. Das aus dem Zwisehenboden herausgeschnittene Stück 5 besitzt ein Loch 7, durch das das Gewinde 8 des Maskenfilters 9 hindurehgesteekt werden kann. Über das Stück 5 kann die Maske 10 zur Formhaltung gezogen werden. Das Filter liegt dann fest in der Maske. Durch die Schlaufe 6 wird das Ausatemventil 11 hindurchgesteckt. Fig. 4 zeigt die fertig verpackte Maske.
12 ist eine an der Schachtelkante angebrachte Metallzunge, die durch einen Schlitz des Schachteldeckels hindurchgesteckt und umgebogen wird.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Aufbewahrungsbehälter für Haubenmasken aus dehnbarem Baustoff, bestehend aus einer Schachtel (1) aus Pappe oder ähnlichem billigen Werkstoff, die einen Zwischenboden (4) enthält, der einen Ausschnitt (5) von der Form des Maskenprofils besitzt.
