Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Auslassventile von mit Gas, Benzin oder Petroleum betriebenen Explosionskraftmaschinen.
Die Steuerungsvorrichtung ist in Fig. 1 in Ansicht mit dem Steuerllngsgehänse im Schnitt, in Fig. 2 in einer Seitenansicht und in Fig. 3 in Draufsicht veranschaulicht.
Die Bewegung der Auslassventile erfolgt von einer umschlossenen, mit der halben Geschwindigkeit der Maschinenwelle umlaufenden Daumenwelle f, die auf Stangen 9 wirkt, welche die Ventile bei jeder Wellenumdrehung heben. Die Führung dieser Stangen geschieht durch die Daumenwelle f umfassende Doppelhebel A. Durch diese Anordnung wird eine geradlinige Bewegung der Stangen 9 unter Vermeidung seitlicher Beanspruchungen, die ein Verbiegen der Stangen oder ungewöhnliche Reibung verursachen könnten, gesichert.
Die Daumenwelle ist in einem Gehäuse i eingeschlossen, das nur nach dem Kurbelgehäuse der Maschine hin offen ist ; sie wird durch Öl geschmiert, das durch die Köpfe der Pleuelstangen beständig in das Gehäuse i hineingespritzt wird.

The invention relates to a control device for the outlet valves of explosion engines operated with gas, gasoline or petroleum.
The control device is illustrated in FIG. 1 in a view with the control frame in section, in FIG. 2 in a side view and in FIG. 3 in a plan view.
The movement of the outlet valves takes place by an enclosed thumb shaft f rotating at half the speed of the machine shaft, which acts on rods 9 which lift the valves with each shaft rotation. These rods are guided by the double lever A comprising the thumb shaft f. This arrangement ensures that the rods 9 move in a straight line while avoiding lateral stresses which could cause the rods to bend or cause unusual friction.
The thumb shaft is enclosed in a housing i which is only open towards the crankcase of the engine; it is lubricated by oil which is constantly injected into the housing i through the heads of the connecting rods.
