Österreichische PATENTSCHRIFT Nr. 15932.
EMI1.1

Austrian PATENT LETTER No. 15932.
EMI1.1
The arrangement forming the subject of the present invention is intended to make a substantial simplification in the assembly of electricity sine motors by significantly reducing the number of secondary components used to connect the individual components, while still achieving a particularly solid and solid construction.
The electricity motor meters usually contain the following main components: 1. the electro-magnet excited by the alternating current, 2. the permanent magnets, 3. the rotating armature, 4. the counter and 5. the housing.
So far, these components have been mounted on the base plate by means of various angles and connectors: this has the effect that the number of these secondary components, which do not exert an active effect and also extremely complexly shaped, becomes a significant factor, which makes mounting the apparatus very difficult . On the other hand, with this type of construction, the components are also attached to the base plate independently of one another, so that the individual parts can be assembled at home
EMI1.2
even less, however, can the desired position of the same above be secured in the long run with the necessary accuracy as a result of the independent assembly.
According to the present invention, all components of the meter or a smaller or larger part of it are now lined up on rods or bolts, wcb'he pushed through the base plate of the housing or otherwise fastened to the same, after which the position of the components lined up next to one another by means of nuts or wedges or secured in another suitable manner. To secure against

be pushed, which are superfluous if the cover of the housing is also placed on the support bolt.
EMI1.4
As can be seen from Fig. 1, support bolts 7 are pushed through the base plate 6 of the housing or fastened on the same in another suitable manner.
On this bearing

takes place, while only the counter 4 is arranged on the other side of the collar. The holding of the parts is effected by the screw nuts 10 and 12 screwed on at both ends of the support bolts. In this Ausuhrungsform, for example, only one brake magnet 2, u. between one pole above and the other below the armature disk. As can be seen from Fig. 5, it is not necessary to fasten the housing cover ss on the bolts 7, rather it can be fastened in any way either to the base plate or to the stiffening pieces 13 to be described below.
In order to precisely secure the mutual position of the support bolts 7, stiffeners 13 can be pushed onto the same, which either form a closed ring (FIG. 4) or just stiffen individual pairs of screws against one another. The stiffening pieces can be arranged in one level or in several, as required. Individual components, e.g. B. the brake magnets 2, if necessary, can be arranged in a known manner (z. B. between two nuts) adjustable in the length of the support bolts.
In the examples shown in the drawing, the components are supported by four bolts, but of course the number of support bolts can optionally be a smaller or larger one. Furthermore, other components not mentioned here, which are found in motor counters, can also be pushed onto the support bolts, whereas smaller or those components that could only be inconveniently applied to the bolts, e.g. B. may have been attached to the stiffening pieces 13. The attachment of the support bolts to the base plate and the compression BEZW. the fixing of the components that are aligned on the bolts can be done in any way.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. An arrangement for the assembly of electric motor meters, characterized in that all the main components, if necessary with the interposition of suitable spacers, pushed onto support bolts and the parts thus rouged next to each other then pressed against each other by means of nuts or other suitable means. are attached.
