Beispiel : 7'5l einer aus 3 Tage gereifter Alkalicellulose in üblicher Weise hergestellten
Viskose mit 7'5% Zellstoff und 6'5% Alkali, einer Kochsalzreife von 0'2 und einer Viskosität von 30 Sekunden Kugelfall werden bei niedriger Temperatur mit einer Lösung von 300 g frischem Casein vermischt und die so bereitete Spinnlösung sofort durch eine Goldplatindüse mit Öffnungen von 0'08 Mm Durchmesser mit oder ohne Streckung in einem Bad versponnen, das 80% Methanol und 20% Wasser enthält. Der Abzug des Fadens ist 40 tit pro Minute ; die Fallstrecke im Fällbad wird zwischen 4 und 35 cm gewählt.
Der frisch gefällte Faden wird abgepresst, über winklig gegeneinander versetzte Streckstäbe geleitet, gegebenenfalls geschnitten und dann in heissem, neutralem Natriumsulfatbad oder in kalter 2% iger Schwefelsäure endgültig zersetzt. Nach der üblichen Nachbehandlung, der auch eine Behandlung mit verdünnter Formaldehydlösung angeschlossen werden kann, wird der Faden getrocknet. In der fertigen Faser lassen sich mehr als 90% des eingebrachten Stickstoffes analytisch feststellen. Die Faser hat kreisrunden Querschnitt wie Wolle, ist gut gekräuselt und hat weichen, wolligen Griff.
Die bei der Arbeitsweise nach dem Beispiel benutzte Caseinlösung wird wie folgt hergestellt :
600 g frisches Casein, das durch eigene Säuerung in bekannter Weise gewonnen wird, werden nach und nach mit 2l Wasser unter beständigem Rühren angeteigt, man lässt 15 Minuten quellen, dann gibt man unter Rühren weitere 750 ctt Wasser und in kleinen Portionen 5%ige Natronlauge oder 5'5%ige Sodalösung zu, bis die Lösung gerade neutral ist, was mit etwa 300 cm3 erreicht wird.
Am Schluss werden 12 c ; n3 Schwefelkohlenstoff zugefügt. Gesamtdauer des Lösens : 40 Minuten. Von der so hergestellten Lösung werden dem beabsichtigten Stickstoffgehalt der herzustellenden Faser entsprechende Mengen der zu verspinnenden Viskose zugesetzt und diese möglichst sofort nach der Fertigstellung versponnen.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Cellulosefasern aus eiweisshaltigen Viskoselosungen, bei dem die eiweisshaltigen Lösungen aus Düsen gepresst, in nicht sauren Bädern koaguliert und anschliessend in weiteren Bädern zersetzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern nach der Koagulation in Stapel geschnitten und die geschnittenen Faserbündel durch heisse Salzlösungen oder durch kalte saure Bäder zersetzt werden.

The casein solution used in the procedure according to the example is prepared as follows:
600 g of fresh casein, which is obtained through acidification in a known way, are gradually made into a paste with 2l of water while stirring constantly, it is left to swell for 15 minutes, then another 750 ctt water and in small portions 5% sodium hydroxide solution are added or 5'5% soda solution until the solution is just neutral, which is achieved with about 300 cm3.
At the end, 12 c; n3 carbon disulfide added. Total time for solving: 40 minutes. From the solution produced in this way, quantities of the viscose to be spun corresponding to the intended nitrogen content of the fiber to be produced are added and these are spun as soon as possible after completion.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A process for the production of cellulose fibers from protein-containing viscose solutions, in which the protein-containing solutions are pressed out of nozzles, coagulated in non-acidic baths and then decomposed in further baths, characterized in that the fibers are cut into stacks after coagulation and the cut fiber bundles through hot salt solutions or by cold acid baths.
