<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

The invention relates to an attachment for connecting an agricultural implement to an agricultural tractor with a three-link system.
The three-link system for connecting agricultural implements has proven its worth in agricultural tractors, since it provides stable three-point attachment of the implements and also a vertically movable implement support, whereby the two lower links can be pivoted about their common articulation axis at the rear of the tractor via appropriate lifting arms and lifting rods. However, this swivel movement is limited due to the design of the tractor and the length of the lower link and is therefore too small for various work or implement applications. To increase the range of motion, certain add-on devices are therefore used which have so far been equipped with their own, for example stacker-like lifting devices, which, however, requires a corresponding outlay and only allows the connection of specially equipped devices.
The invention is therefore based on the object of eliminating these deficiencies and creating an attachment device of the type described at the outset, which in a particularly simple manner increases the range of vertical movement of a three-link system and can also be used in practice for all three-point attachments.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The invention solves this problem by means of an intermediate linkage consisting of a swivel arm and a control lever articulated on the swivel arm, the swivel arm on the one hand forming a connection end for the connection at the upper articulation point of the three-link system and on the other hand a device holder and the control lever being connectable to the two lower links of the three-link system via a cross member. This simple intermediate linkage leads in a rational manner to a translation of the lower link pivoting movement and thus to a corresponding enlargement of the range of motion.
The intermediate linkage can be attached to the rear or, if necessary, also the front three-link system of an agricultural tractor in a few simple steps by connecting the swivel arm with its connecting end instead of the upper link to the upper link point of the three-link system and the adjusting lever via its crossmember to the lower links. A pivoting movement of the lower link is thus transmitted via the cross member and the adjusting lever to the swivel arm, which is supported on one side on the agricultural tractor and on the other hand, with its implement holder, allows the connection of the respective agricultural implement.
The length of the swivel arm and the articulation point of the adjusting lever on the swivel arm determine the transmission ratio and thus also the height mobility of a device attached to the device holder of the swivel arm.
Of course, the device holder of the swivel arm can be designed for the connection of very special devices, but advantageously the swivel arm as the device holder has a downwardly angled end piece with a crossbar forming lower connection points and an upper articulation point, preferably arranged in front of the end piece, so that the two lower ones Connection points of the crossbar and the upper articulation point in turn provide the possibility for a three-point hitch and all devices that can be connected to the three-link system of the agricultural tractor can also be connected to the hitch.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
For example, the upper link of the three-link system itself can be used to connect the upper link point to the device, the upper link itself, which is adjustable in length, ensuring a support which can be adapted to the respective device. However, it can also be particularly advantageous if a pivotable handlebar with an actuating cylinder is assigned to the upper articulation point, which makes it possible to use this handlebar and the actuating cylinder on the pivoting arm to move devices attached to the pivoting arm, which, for. B. allows the skillful use of bale grabs or the like.
If the swivel arm has at least two articulation points for the preferably length-adjustable actuating lever, the transmission ratio for the swivel arm movement can be changed by the choice of the respective articulation point of the actuating lever and adapted to the respective circumstances. A length adjustment of the adjusting lever enables a correction of the respective height of the swivel arm in relation to the lower links and thus an adaptation of the attachment to different tractor conditions.
In the drawing, an embodiment of an attachment according to the invention is illustrated in more detail with the aid of a schematic, partially sectioned side view of an agricultural tractor tail.
An agricultural tractor 1 has a three-link system 2 at the rear with an upper articulation point 3, two lower links 4 and a lifting device comprising a lifting shaft 5 and lifting arms 6 and lifting rods 7. In order to increase the swivel range of the lower links 4 in a simple manner, an attachment device is provided for the device connection, which is connected as an intermediate linkage 8 to the three-link system 2 of the tractor 1
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
and even records the device.
This intermediate linkage 8 consists of a swivel arm 9, which on the tractor side forms a connection end 10 for connection to the upper articulation point 3 and a device receptacle 11 at the other free end, and an actuating lever 12 articulated on the swivel arm 9, which is connected to the lower links 4 via a cross member 13 can be fastened and thereby transmits the pivoting movement of the lower link 4 to the pivot arm 9. The swivel arm 9 has a hinge plate 14 with a plurality of hinge points 15 for the actuating lever 12, so that the transmission ratio in the swivel movement transmission can be changed by the choice of the hinge points, which leads to a change in the height movement range for the device to be attached.
The adjusting lever 12 itself is also adjustable in length in order to influence the relative position between the lower links 4 and the swivel arm 9 and thus also to be able to adapt the starting position of the swivel arm 9 to the respective tractor conditions.
The device holder 11 consists of a downwardly angled end piece 16 of the swivel arm 9, which carries a cross member 17 with lower connection points 18, which lower connection points 18 is assigned an upper articulation point 19 for a three-point attachment. As indicated in the illustrated embodiment, a pivotable handlebar 20 with an actuating cylinder 21 can be articulated at the upper articulation point 19 instead of a conventional upper link, so that an additional pivot drive is available for use with the device, which makes this attachment device ideal for connecting a bale gripper or . Like. Suitable.
The attachment device according to the invention is distinguished by its simple construction, its simple handling and its rational possibility of increasing the swiveling and application range of a three-link system of agricultural tractors.
