  Verfahren zur Erzielung einer Vorspannung bei steifbewehrten Stahlbetonbalken. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft folgende Verbesserung bei der Herstellung steifbewehrter Stahlbetonbalken :
Die steife Bewehrung 1 (Fig. 1) wird vor Beginn des Betonierens durch eine auf der an ihr angehängten Bühne 2 aufgebrachte Zusatzbelastung 3 (Fig. 2) zu elastischen Formänderungen veranlasst. Die Grösse und Verteilung der Zusatzbelastung müssen so gewählt werden, dass in der Steifbewehrung die Streckgrenze nicht überschritten wird. Die Zusatzbelastung muss jedoch grösser sein als die ständige Belastung des steifbewehrten Balkens (Eigengewicht + Fahrbahn   bzw. Fussbodenkonstruktion usw. ). Sodann wird   der Beton 4 in die Schalung 5 eingebracht und in ihm wird eine obere, schlaffe Bewehrung angeordnet. Nach dem Erhärten des Betons wird ausgeschalt und die Zusatzbelastung samt ihrer Bühne entfernt.

   Die Steifbewehrung sucht sich zu strecken (Fig. 3) und hebt dadurch den ganzen steifbewehrten Balken 7 in die Höhe, wobei an der Balkenoberseite Zug und an der Balkenunterseite Druck entsteht. Durch das Kriechen des Betons tritt eine geringeverminderung dieser Vorspannungen ein. Dem kann durch spätes Entlasten und Verwenden frühhochfesten

   The invention relates to the following improvement in the manufacture of rigid reinforced concrete beams:
The rigid reinforcement 1 (Fig. 1) is caused to elastic changes in shape by an additional load 3 (Fig. 2) applied to the platform 2 attached to it before the start of concreting. The size and distribution of the additional load must be selected so that the yield point in the stiff reinforcement is not exceeded. The additional load must, however, be greater than the constant load on the rigidly reinforced beam (dead weight + roadway or floor construction, etc.). The concrete 4 is then introduced into the formwork 5 and an upper, slack reinforcement is arranged in it. After the concrete has hardened, the shuttering is carried out and the additional load and its platform removed.

   The rigid reinforcement tries to stretch (Fig. 3) and thereby lifts the entire rigidly reinforced beam 7 in the air, with tension on the top of the beam and pressure on the underside of the beam.
