Description

  Betonbalken

  Concrete beams
Concrete beams are known in which wooden slats are attached by nails to the head and foot of their cross-sectional profile. However, the wooden slats are attached to the beam above or below the reinforced concrete cross-section, which considerably reduces their static height and thus their economic efficiency. The thickness of the nailable layer is therefore very limited.

According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the wooden slats are arranged on both flanks of the head and foot ends of the T-shaped cross-section of the beam. This inventive arrangement of the wooden slats does not affect the static height of the concrete beam, but also has the advantage that the slats are dimensioned correspondingly strong and therefore the wooden slats attached to the foot of the beam profile can also be used as supports for the false ceilings.

In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown; It shows Fig. 1 the beam in view and partially in section, Fig. 2 the fastening of the wooden slats. The reinforced concrete beam 1, which is T-shaped in profile, has a transverse reinforcement and also longitudinal reinforcement 2 in a known manner. Slats 3 are attached to the side of the crosshead of the concrete beam and slats 4 are attached to the foot part of the beam profile by means of nails 5. Fig. 2 shows that the nails 5 are stuck obliquely from top to bottom in the concrete body.

This novel combination of the concrete beam with wooden slats makes it possible to easily attach any intermediate braces by nailing them to the concrete beam, so that the construction of the ceiling structure is also possible by unskilled workers or even by self-construction.
