Description

Roof tiles with two hanging lugs
The invention relates to roof tiles with two hanging lugs, in particular flat tiles with a tapered lower part for storm-proof roofing with horizontal rows of tiles offset from one another by half a tile width. The invention aims to produce a roof tile of this type, the shapes of which are very simple and easy to manufacture and which enables storm-proof cover without having any undercut parts.

The essence of the invention is that between the hanging lugs on the top edge of the brick there is a recess with flanks running essentially perpendicular to the brick surface and, near the center of the brick, on the back of the brick edges, with flanks likewise running essentially perpendicular to the surface of the brick, these When laying, fill in the recess of the tile underneath in order to prevent the laid tiles from shifting to the side.

According to the invention, a piece of wire attached to the roof batten is used for storm-proof fastening, which is raised in the center of the recess of the tile resting on the batten in the abutting edge of the two tiles above and has two protruding ends for holding down these two tiles and the tile below The bent ends can be countersunk in a recess on the top of the brick.

An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a diagram of the tile, FIG. 2 shows several laid tiles with a roof edge piece, FIG. 3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 shows a view of the fastening clip.

The brick 1 has two lugs 2 and on the back in the middle of the brick on the side edges 3 approaches that fit into the recess 4 on the upper edge of the brick when laying. The flanks of the lugs 3 and the recess 4 run essentially perpendicular to the brick surface, so that the bricks can easily be placed on top of one another. The two lugs 3, each fitting into a recess, prevent the tiles from shifting sideways.

To hold down the brick is a bracket 5, which is attached to the batten 6 below the
Center of the recess 4 is attached. The recess 4 extends to the roof batten so that the clip can lie snugly against it. The clamp is brought up between the approaches 3 of the brick laid over it and bent over these bricks at their ends.

A recess 7 is provided above the lugs 3 on the brick surface, which is used to countersink the bent clip ends 51. The recess is expediently wider than the leg thickness of the clip in order to leave a margin for the clip. It is expedient to proceed in such a way that only one leg of the U-shaped bracket 5 is initially bent at right angles, this bent end is placed on the tile to be held down and the bracket is fastened at its bending point on the roof batten with a nail so that this tile is now held down is. Then the adjacent brick is placed and the other end of the clip is bent over it in order to hold it down as well and at the same time achieve a full support of the clip ends even with different brick thicknesses.

The edge pieces 8 are laid in the same way, except that a piece of wire 9 can be provided in addition to preventing them from being lifted by wind pressure acting from the side, which is attached to the roof batten and hooks around the edge of the half tile, the hook-shaped end also in a Deepening of the brick can be sunk.
