Fertigbauteile 
Die Erfindung "Verfahren zur Herstellung einer schalungslosen Stahlbetondecke aus winkel-   förmigen Fertigbauteilen"ist   im Stamm-Patent Nr. 162073 beschrieben. 



   Im Stamm-Patent ist vorgesehen, dass die beiden winkelförmigen Stege durch Schrauben miteinander zu einem Plattenbalken vereinigt werden. Die Schraube hat den Zweck, das Drehmoment des einzelnen Winkelsteges aufzunehmen. Sobald die Fugen mit Betonmörtel ausgefüllt sind und letzterer erhärtet ist, wird die Schraube spannungslos, da sich die einzelnen Winkelstege gegeneinander abstützen. 



   Die Anbringung der Schrauben ist beim Verlegen der Decke etwas umständlich und zeitraubend, weshalb in der vorliegenden Erfindung ein neuer Weg beschritten wird. 



   Um das Drehmoment der Winkelstege bis zum Erhärten des Fugenbetons aufzunehmen, genügt es, die Stege vorübergehend durch eine von oben angesetzte Stahlzwinge zusammenzuhalten. Die Figur zeigt zwei solche Winkelstege a, welche im Plattenteil runde Löcher haben, in die ein U-förmig gebogener Rundstahlbügel b als Zwinge eingeführt wird. Diese Zwingen werden nach dem Erhärten des eingebrachten Füllbetons c wieder entfernt. 



   Ein leichter, schräger Anlauf der Zwingenenden gestattet die Feinregulierung des Fugenabstandes und gleicht Ungenauigkeiten in der Anordnung der Löcher aus.

   In the Stamm patent it is provided that the two angled webs are connected to one another by screws to form a T-beam. The purpose of the screw is to absorb the torque of the individual angled web. As soon as the joints are filled with concrete mortar and the latter has hardened, the screw is tension-free, as the individual angle bars are supported against each other.



   The attachment of the screws is somewhat cumbersome and time consuming when laying the ceiling, which is why a new approach is taken in the present invention.



   In order to absorb the torque of the angle bars until the joint concrete has hardened, it is sufficient to temporarily hold the bars together with a steel clamp attached from above. The figure shows two such angular webs a, which have round holes in the plate part, into which a U-shaped bent round steel bracket b is inserted as a clamp. These clamps are removed again after the filled concrete c has hardened.



   A slight, inclined approach to the ends of the clamp allows fine adjustment of the joint spacing and compensates for inaccuracies in the arrangement of the holes.

PATENTANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung einer schalungslosen Stahlbetondecke aus Fertigbauteilen nach Patent Nr. 162073, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei im Querschnitt winkelförmige Stege (a) miteinander durch aufgesteckte Stahlbügel (b) verbunden werden, wobei diese Stahlbügel nach dem Erhärten des eingebrachten Füllbeton (c) wieder entfernt werden. **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**.
