Die Erfindung wird an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, deren Fig. 1 die Röhre im Querschnitt nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 2 senkrecht zur Achse des Elektrodensystems und Fig. 2 im Längsschnitt durch die Röhrenachse mit teilweiser Ansicht des Elektrodensystems zeigen.
In den Figuren ist mit 1 die Glaswand der Röhre bezeichnet, in deren Achse eine zylindrische Glühkathode 2 mit einem Durchmesser von 5 mm angebracht ist. Um die Glühkathode herum sind ein Steuergitter 3 und ein Schirmgitter 4 angeordnet, die je aus acht Stäben bestehen, die am oberen und unteren Ende durch Ringe verbunden sind. Die Ablenkelektroden bestehen im dargestellten Falle aus zwei in Form einer logarithmischen Spirale gewickelten Bändern 5, die mit Hilfe kurzer Halterungsstäbe in zwei Glimmerplatten 7 befestigt sind ; die Gegenelektrode ist also gleichfalls als Spirale ausgebildet. Das Anodensystem besteht aus zwei niedrigen zylindrischen Teilen 6, hinter denen noch eine Schirmelektrode 8 angebracht ist.
Die beiden Bänder 5 und die Streifen 6 sind einzeln nach der Aussenseite durchgeführt.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Elektronenröhre zur Erzeugung, Verstärkung oder Modulation von Dezimeter-oder Zentimeter-Wellen, in der ein Elektronenbündel durch die Wechselwirkung mit einer Wanderwelle abgelenkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Elektronenbündel flach scheibenförmig aus einer-von wenigstens einem Steueroder Schirmgitter umgebenen-zylindrischen Elektrode austritt und die Ablenkelektroden, über die sich die Wanderwelle bewegt, aus einer flachen Spirale und einer Gegenelektrode be- stehen.

In the figures, 1 designates the glass wall of the tube, in the axis of which a cylindrical hot cathode 2 with a diameter of 5 mm is attached. A control grid 3 and a screen grid 4 are arranged around the hot cathode, each of which consists of eight rods which are connected by rings at the upper and lower ends. In the case shown, the deflection electrodes consist of two strips 5 wound in the form of a logarithmic spiral, which are fastened in two mica plates 7 with the aid of short holding rods; the counter electrode is also designed as a spiral. The anode system consists of two low cylindrical parts 6, behind which a shield electrode 8 is attached.

PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Electron tube for generating, amplifying or modulating decimeter or centimeter waves, in which an electron beam is deflected by the interaction with a traveling wave, characterized in that this electron beam consists of a flat disk-shaped cylindrical electrode surrounded by at least one control or screen grid and the deflection electrodes, over which the traveling wave moves, consist of a flat spiral and a counter electrode.
