KONSTRUKTIONS- UND BAUTEIL
GEBIET DER ERFINDUNG [0001] Die technische Lösung betrifft ein Konstruktions- und Bauteil auf Basis von Abfallzellulose.
STAND DER TECHNIK
[0002] Abfallzellulosen befinden sich am Ende der Verarbeitungskette. Es handelt sich um einen Papierherstellungsseparat, einen sortierten Papierherstellungsabfall, industriellen und kommunalen, mit einer möglichen Einmischung auf Kunststoffbasis. Solange diese Materialien nicht weiterverarbeitet werden, entsteht eine hohe Umweltbelastung, insbesondere wenn sie längere Zeit gelagert oder eventuell verbrannt werden. Heutzutage bestehen deswegen Bemühungen diese Zellulosen in irgendeiner Weise zu verwenden.
[0003] Beispielsweise ist eine technische Lösung bekannt, die zerkleinertes Material auf Zellulosebasis enthält, das durch eine komprimierte Mahlgutschicht aus Papierverpackungen gekennzeichnet ist, die auf mindestens einer Seite mit einer wasserfesten Kunststofffolie versehen ist und auf beiden Seiten äußere Deckschichten aufweist.
BESTAND DER TECHNISCHEN LÖSUNG
[0004] Die Aufgabe der technischen Lösung besteht darin, die Eigenschaften des Konstruktionsund Bauteils, insbesondere seine Festigkeit, zu verbessern. Dies wird bei einem Konstruktionsund Bauteil gemäß dieser technischen Lösung erreicht, dessen Bestand darin besteht, dass er aus einem Formstück mit einer Basisschicht aus einer Mischung aus Additiv und Abfallzellulosemahlgut besteht, das auf beiden Seiten mit einer Kontaktschicht und einer Deckschicht versehen ist.
[0005] Bei der Verarbeitung von Kommunalabfall ist es möglich, dass die Abfallzellulose bis zu 30 % Kunststoff enthält.
[0006] Es ist geeignet, die aus dem Abfall entnommene Zellulose zu desinfizieren. [0007] Aufgrund der Gebrauchseignung besteht die Kontaktschicht aus Kunststofffolie. [0008] Es ist geeignet, dass die Deckschicht ein Trägerpapier ist.
[0009] Es ist eventuell möglich, dass die Deckschicht eine Aluminiumfolie ist.
ERLÄUTERUNG DER ZEICHNUNG
[0010] Die technische Lösung wird unter Verwendung von Fig. 1 näher beschrieben, in der ein Querschnitt des Konstruktions- und Bauteils schematisch dargestellt ist.
BEISPIEL FÜR DIE REALISIERUNG EINER TECHNISCHEN LÖSUNG
[0011] Es handelt sich insbesondere um die Verarbeitung von Papierprodukten auf Zellulosebasis mit Einmischung verschiedener Additive, einschließlich Komponenten, die Kunststoffelemente enthalten, und das sowohl in Form von sorgfältig sortiertem kommunalem Papierabfall oder Restmaterialien verschiedener Papiersorten, nicht recycelbar und als vorwiegend von der Papierindustrie getrennter Separat. Der Zweck des gesamten Prozesses ist die Anwendung (Wiederverwendung) des Materials, das sich ganz am Ende der Recyclingprozesse befindet, insbesondere in der Papierindustrie. Dieses Material dient als Rohstoff für die Herstellung großformatiger Flächenplatten mit breiter Verwendung im Bauwesensegment, im Möbelsegment und anderem Segment der industriellen Herstellung. Der erhaltene Zelluloserohstoff kann mit Hilfe spezieller Additive und Einmischungen so modifiziert werden, dass die Eigenschaften des Endprodukts die konkrete und zielgerichtete Ausrichtung für das gegebene Verwendungsfeld erfüllen und somit kam
es zur Veredelung des Abfallrohstoffs und seiner Wiederverwendung im Marktumfeld. Als Einmischung in die Additive werden verschiedene Arten von Verzögerern verwendet, die den Gebrauchswert weiter erhöhen - z. B. Verbrennungsverzögerer. Die Additive, einschließlich aller ihrer Komponenten, wie Stabilisatoren und Verzögerern, enthalten keine flüchtigen Substanzen und sind umweltfreundlich.
[0012] Bei der Verarbeitung von Kommunalabfall auf der Basis von Zellstoff, Zellulose, muss dieser sorgfältig von anderem Abfall getrennt werden, damit er keine festen oder anderen Gegenstände enthält, insbesondere Metall, organische Substanzen, die nicht homogenen Inhalts wären. Die Weiterverarbeitung wird durch das Eingangszellulosematerial mit einem Teilgehalt von bis zu 30 % Kunststoff nicht behindert. Das Zellulosematerial wird zerkleinert und zu kleinen Fragmenten gemahlen, die anschließend durch Trocknen stabilisiert werden und eventuell kommt es während eines weiteren Prozesses der Verarbeitung zu ihrer Desinfizierung, so dass sie anschlieBend keinen Schimmeln unterliegen und den Vorschriften der Harmlosigkeit für die Gesundheit entsprechen. Falls es sich um Verarbeitung von Papierabfall aus der industriellen Herstellung handelt, wie zum Beispiel Kanten verschiedener Papierprodukte oder reine nicht recycelbare Zellulosen, und gleichzeitig wird davon ausgegangen, dass diese keine anderen unerwünschten festen Bestandteile wie Metall, Holz und andere verschiedenartige Materialien enthalten, kann es zu direkter Bearbeitung des Abfallzellulosematerials durch Mahlen kommen. Anschließend wird das Zellulosematerial durch kontinuierlichen Maschinentransport in den Materialspeicher überführt, von wo es zu einer kontrollierten Verschiebung in den Mischraum kommt, wo der Rohstoff mit der Additivsubstanz gemischt wird, die eine notwendige Komponente ist und dem Gemisch die notwendigen Eigenschaften und die gezielte Spezifikation mit Hilfe der in den Additiven enthaltenen Verzögerer verleiht. Der so angereicherte Rohstoff wird automatisch in den Pressraum überführt, wo es bei hohen Temperaturen und kontrolliertem Druck zum Pressen der Basisschicht 3 des Gemisches aus Additiv und Mahlgut aus Abfallzellulose 5 in ihrer gesamten Fläche kommt, eventuell mit einer Kontaktschicht 2 aus Kunststofffolie, beispielsweise Polyethylen oder Polypropylen und einer Deckschicht 1, die ein Trägerpapier oder eine Aluminiumfolie ist.
[0013] Das Ergebnis des gesamten Prozesses ist ein kalibriertes Formstück 4, das gemäß der Herstellungsspezifikation und Aufgabenstellung auf das endgültige Maß gekürzt wird. Dieses Formstück 4 dient als Innenraummaterial, das zur Verkleidung der Wände bestimmt ist, für die Bodenstruktur als Schrittdämpfung, eventuell als Deckenverkleidung. Es kann mit verschiedenen Isoliermaterialien kombiniert oder für die Bedürfnisse der Herstellung verschiedener Sandwichpaneelen so geklebt und zusammengefügt werden, dass seine Vorteile bevorzugt und hervorgehoben werden und das vorwiegend sehr gute Lärmschutzeigenschaften mit sehr geringer Entflammbarkeit. Das Material kann ebenfalls im Außenraum verwendet werden, und das abhängig vom Eingangsrohstoff - das Verhältnis von Kunststoffeinmischungen und Additiven.
[0014] Auf diese Weise entsteht das Konstruktions- und Bauteil als Formstück 4 mit einer Basisschicht 3 aus einer Mischung aus Additiv und Abfallzellulosemahlgut 5, das auf beiden Seiten mit einer Kontaktschicht 2 und einer Deckschicht 1 versehen ist. Es ist möglich, dass die Kommunalabfallzellulose 5 bis zu 30 % Kunststoff enthält. Eine geeignete Kontaktschicht 2 besteht entweder aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise Polyethylen oder Polypropylen, und die Deckschicht 1 ist ein Trägerpapier oder eine Aluminiumfolie.

Claims (6)

Ansprüche
1. Konstruktions- und Bauteil auf Basis von Abfallzellulose, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es von einem Formstück (4) mit einer Basisschicht (3) aus einer Mischung von Additiv und Mahlgut aus Abfallzellulose (5) gebildet wird, die beidseitig mit einer Kontaktschicht (2) und einer Deckschicht (1) versehen ist.
2, Konstruktions- und Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abfallzellulose (5) aus dem Kommunalabfall desinfiziert wird.
3. Konstruktions- und Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abfallzellulose (5) bis zu 30 % Kunststoff enthält.
4. Konstruktions- und Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktschicht (2) von einer Kunststofffolie gebildet wird.
5. Konstruktions- und Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht (1) ein Trägerpapier ist.
6. Konstruktions- und Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht (1) eine Aluminiumfolie ist.
