Device for applying mortar
The present invention relates to a device for the automatic application of mortar to a vertical wall in combination with a work platform.
Mortar application machines are known which have a laterally open mortar container with a sloping, rigid floor inclined towards the wall surface, in a preferred embodiment of this machine the floor of the mortar container at a lower edge with a vertical attachment made of flexible material such as leather, rubber or the like is provided. Such and similar devices have the major disadvantage that the execution of the plastering cannot be adequately controlled, especially in higher buildings. Other known automatic mortar application devices that work with fixed scaffolding or complicated frames also have the disadvantage that they are used in high buildings such. B. Buildings with eight or more floors fail or become unprofitable.
The present invention is based on a device for applying mortar to a vertical wall with a funnel-shaped channel which is used to temporarily receive the mortar and from which the mortar is stripped along the wall when the channel moves upwards and is characterized in that the Channel is combined with a working platform, which participates in the lifting and lowering movements of the channel and from which the channel is accessible.
Accordingly, the above-mentioned disadvantages of known devices of this type are overcome according to the invention in that operating personnel ride along on a working platform, which gives the possibility of immediate intervention in the event of lump formation, only subsequent smoothing and checking of the mortar consistency; At the same time, the load on the work platform by the passengers also causes the necessary pressure of the application device against the wall to be plastered.
Several embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawing. The items to be cleaned are poured into a funnel-shaped channel 2 and wiped off the wall according to the upward movement of the work platform 1. The pressing and smoothing can be done by a trailing sliding plate 3, FIG. 1 or a roller arrangement 4, FIG. 2 or by means of a drawing board 5, FIG. 3.
