   Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Kunststoffmantel den Einsatzkörper ganz umhüllt. Dies bringt den besonderen Vorteil mit sich, dass der umhüllte Kern des Einsatzkörpers ein nicht bearbeiteter Rohling sein kann, was eine ganz erhebliche Verbilligung des Einsatzkörpers zur Folge hat. Regelmässig ist auch eine Nachbearbeitung des den Einsatzkörper umhüllenden Kunststoffmantels nicht erforderlich, da einerseits bei dem Aufbringen des Kunststoffmantels eine verhältnismässig grosse Genauigkeit erzielbar ist und anderseits der Kunststoff selbst durch seine Eigenschaften Ungenauigkeiten in der Passung ausgleichen   kann. ;

  Insert bodies for storage purposes
The invention relates to an insert body for storage purposes, the bearing surface with a
Plastic layer is provided.

   In order to accelerate the running-in of bearings, it is already known to use a
To provide a film made of plastic, for which purpose the surface to be coated is immersed in liquid plastic. Providing surfaces with a coating of plastic can also be done in such a way that powdery plastic plastic is applied to the heated surface to be coated. For this purpose, the surface to be coated can be rolled or immersed in the powdered thermoplastic material. Also the use of a specific plastic for the
The creation of storage space has already been proposed.

   The invention consists in that the plastic jacket completely envelops the insert body. This has the particular advantage that the enveloped core of the insert body can be a non-machined blank, which results in a very considerable reduction in the price of the insert body. Post-processing of the plastic jacket surrounding the insert body is also not regularly necessary, since on the one hand a relatively high degree of accuracy can be achieved when applying the plastic jacket and on the other hand the plastic itself can compensate for inaccuracies in the fit due to its properties. ;
Come as plastic, e.g. B. fabrics impregnated with phenolic or cresol resins, plastics based on polyaddition products, polyamides, super polyamides, polyurethanes, etc. are possible.

   The plastic is selected depending on the desired properties in terms of lubricity, abrasion resistance, elasticity, etc.

   The plastic jacket can have a desired thickness, which makes it possible to form insert bodies for storage purposes, in which, in addition to the running properties of the plastic, its possible elastic properties can be used almost from a zero value to a desired maximum value. The improved bearings result over all surfaces.

   The core of the insert body can consist of any suitable material, such as steel, cast iron, light metal or the like, or it can be formed by a pressed part. Seams on the core of the insert body, for example, originating from the manufacture are covered by the plastic jacket so that they cannot have any disadvantageous effects.

   Compared to bearing bodies made entirely of plastic, there is also the advantage of considerable savings. of plastic.

   The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the invention: FIG. 1 shows, in section, a spherical bearing body such as is suitable, for example, for spherical bearings; whereas FIG. 2 shows a bearing body in the form of a spherical section for pivot and rotary bearings.

   The insert body consists of a core 1 that can be formed by casting, forging, pressing or the like. Cast iron, steel, light metal, etc. can be used as the material for the core. The bearing body is completely enclosed by the plastic jacket 2. The jacket can be pressed, poured, pulled on and the like. like. Apply.

   In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the end face 4 can also be used for bearing purposes, in that, for example, the outer surface of the bearing body serves as the bearing for swiveling movements, the inner circumferential surface of the bearing for a rotary movement and the end face 4 as a support surface or bearing surface for the rotary body.

   From Fig. 1, right half, the formation of the core results as a hollow body.

   Of course, the plastic jacket can also have openings, such. B. be holed.
