Tür- und Fensterband
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Tür- und Fensterbanfd.
Derartige Bänder sind bereits in den verschie- densten Ausführungen ibekannt, u. a. auch solche mit in den Bandlappen angeordneten Nuten mit einer dünnen Wandstärke, durch welche die zur Befestigung des Bandes dienenden. Stifte ohne Vorbohrung leicht einschlagbar sind. Es ist auch schon eine Bandausführung bekannt geworden, bei der der Bandzapfen und der Hülsenabschluss- teil in den Bandhülsen durch Querstifte gehalten sind. Diese Ausführung hat jedoch keine selbsttätige Schmierung und ermöglicht nicht eine ein- fache, billige Bandherstellung.
Das erfindungsgemässe Band weist nun ebenfalls in den Bandlappen Nuten auf, die zum leichten Einschlagen der Befetsigungsstifte vorgesehen sind. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht jedoch darin, dass. die über die Bandlappen hinaus in die hülsenförmigen Bandteile hineinreichenden Nuten Ringnuten bilden, in welche die am Bandbolzen und am Hülsenabschlussteil vorgesehene Verstärkung eingepresst ist, so dass im Zusammenhang mit. den an den Bandbolzen und Hülsenabschlussteilende vorgesehenen zahnartigen Längsnuten sowohl die axiale Verschiebung, als auch die Verdrehung des Bandbolzens und Hülsenabschlussteiles verhindert ist, wobei die freie Ringnute des Hülsenbandteiles mit Schmierstoff ausgefüllt ist, wodurch eine ständige Schmierung des Bandes gewährleistet ist.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand im Schnitt dargestellt.
Das Band wird in üblicher Weise durch Einrollen eines Blechstreifens a gebildet, wobei erfindungsgemäss die in den Blechstreifen vorgehenen Nuten c in den zu Hülsen'eingerollten Teilen der Bandlappen Ringnuten bilden, in welche die am Bandbolzen b bzw. Hülsenabschlussteil vorgesehene Verstärkung d eingepresst wird, so dass im Zusammenhang mit den im Bereich der Verstärkungen d vorgesehenen zahnartigen Längsnuten f des Bandbolzens bzw. Hülsenabschlussteiles verhindert ist. Die in der Bandhülse freie Ringnut dient zur Aufnahme von Schmiermittel.

The invention relates to a door and window band.
Such tapes are already known in the most varied of designs, u. a. also those with grooves with a thin wall thickness arranged in the hinge tabs, through which the grooves used to fasten the hinge are used. Pins without pre-drilling are easy to drive in. A hinge design has also become known in which the hinge pin and the sleeve end part are held in the hinge sleeves by transverse pins. However, this design has no automatic lubrication and does not allow simple, inexpensive tape production.
The tape according to the invention now also has grooves in the tape tabs which are provided for easy driving in of the fastening pins. The essence of the invention, however, is that the grooves extending beyond the hinge tabs into the sleeve-shaped hinge parts form annular grooves into which the reinforcement provided on the hinge bolt and the sleeve end part is pressed, so that in connection with. the tooth-like longitudinal grooves provided on the hinge pin and the end of the sleeve end part prevent both the axial displacement and the rotation of the hinge bolt and the end part of the sleeve, with the free annular groove of the end part of the sleeve hinge being filled with lubricant, which ensures constant lubrication of the band.

The band is formed in the usual way by rolling in a sheet metal strip a, whereby, according to the invention, the grooves c in the sheet metal strips form annular grooves in the parts of the hinge tabs rolled into sleeves, into which the reinforcement d provided on the hinge bolt b or the sleeve end part is pressed, see above that in connection with the tooth-like longitudinal grooves f of the hinge bolt or sleeve end part provided in the area of the reinforcements d is prevented. The ring groove free in the band sleeve is used to hold lubricant.
