Description

Process for underground trickling of sewage
The invention relates to a method for trickling wastewater, which has been pre-cleaned in sewage or digestion plants, into the subsoil.

The new thing is that domestic sewage and rainwater (from roof surfaces, etc.) are brought into the subsoil for irrigation in a joint system, depending on the biological conditions.

The drainage system for domestic wastewater consists of concrete rings, into which the wastewater A is routed and is routed uniformly into the customary filter layer F via a specially shaped distributor plate V, as was customary up to now. Under this infiltration system there is now the system for infiltration of the rainwater, which consists of a coarse gravel layer G, into which the rainwater R is directed through perforated concrete pipes LR into the coarse gravel.

It is known that drainage systems for domestic sewage function significantly longer when they are fed in batches. For economic reasons, this is not easy to implement in small and medium-sized systems. The now intermittent rain sewage has a similar effect as the intermittent loading described above. The introduction of rainwater, which is rich in oxygen and free of chemical compounds, below the seepage system is of great advantage for biological cleaning.
