Vorwärmer.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Vorwärmer oder dgl., dessen aus einem inneren, an beiden Enden offenen und einem äusseren Rohr bestehenden Heizelemente an dem einen Ende mit dem Vorwärmer fest verbunden sind, während sie mit dem anderen in denselben frei hineinragen. Bei diesen Vorwärmern ist nun, besonders wenn sie horizontal angeordnet sind, die Befestigung der Heizelemente sehr schwierig, da die Befestigungsstellen grossen Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt sind und daher leicht undicht werden. Zur Beseitigung dieser Übelstände werden daher besondere Wände in dem Vorwärmer angeordnet, durch welche gleichzeitig eine gleichmässige Verteilung des Wassers erhalten wird. Die Verteilungsplatten umfassen und unterstützen die Heizelemente und verteilen das Wasser gleichmässig.
In der Zeichnung ist als Ausführungsbeispiel ein horizontal angeordneter Vorwärmer, der nur eine Unterstützungswand hat, in Längs-und Querschnitt veranschaulicht.
In dem Vorwärmer a sind beispielsweise zwei Heizelemente angeordnet, von denen jedes aus einem inneren an beiden Enden offenen Rohr b und einem das Rohr b umgebenden Rohr f besteht. Die Rohre b sind mit dem einen Ende in die Zwischenwand c des Vorwärmers eingedichtet und stehen mit dem Raum d und dem Dampfeintritt e in Verbindung, während die Rohre f, welche am Ende geschlossen sind, mit einer zweiten Zwischenwand g starr verbunden sind.
In dem Vorwärmer a ist eine gelochte Scheidewand h angeordnet, welche die Rohref umgibt und sie unterstützt. Die Löcher der Scheidewand haben, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, am unteren Teil des Vorwärmers geringeren Durchmesser, als am oberen, so dass eine gleichmässige Verteilung des bei k eintretenden und bei l ausfliessenden Wassers erfolgt.

The present invention relates to a preheater or the like, whose heating elements, consisting of an inner tube open at both ends and an outer tube, are firmly connected at one end to the preheater, while they protrude freely into the same with the other. With these preheaters, the fastening of the heating elements is very difficult, especially if they are arranged horizontally, since the fastening points are exposed to great stresses and therefore easily leak. To eliminate these inconveniences, special walls are therefore arranged in the preheater, through which an even distribution of the water is obtained at the same time. The distribution plates embrace and support the heating elements and distribute the water evenly.
In the drawing, a horizontally arranged preheater, which has only one support wall, is illustrated in longitudinal and cross-section as an exemplary embodiment.
In the preheater a, for example, two heating elements are arranged, each of which consists of an inner tube b open at both ends and a tube f surrounding the tube b. The tubes b are sealed at one end into the intermediate wall c of the preheater and are connected to the space d and the steam inlet e, while the tubes f, which are closed at the end, are rigidly connected to a second intermediate wall g.
In the preheater a, a perforated partition h is arranged, which surrounds the tubes and supports them. As FIG. 2 shows, the holes in the partition have a smaller diameter on the lower part of the preheater than on the upper part, so that the water entering at k and flowing out at l is evenly distributed.
