Outsole for sports shoes
The invention is based on the object of providing an outsole for sports shoes, in particular
Racing shoes c or football boots. Above all, it is important. to light weight; and the avoidance of weight gain due to the absorption of moisture or the adhesion of dirt, the latter favored by spikes and studs.
A sports shoe should not only be distinguished by its particular lightness, but also by its stability or great durability, since it is exposed to particularly high mechanical loads.
It has now been found that a sports shoe; the outsole of which consists of hexamethylenediamine adipic acid polycondensate and the edge of which is optionally provided with a leather cover, fulfills all of the above-mentioned requirements. Besides that one
Sports shoe, the sole of which consists of the plastic used according to the invention, is per se much lighter than a sports shoe with a leather sole, the water absorption and the adhesion for dirt particles in the outsole according to the invention are extremely low. Furthermore, the advantageous mechanical properties of the hexamethylene diamine-adipic acid polycondensate come into play in the subject matter of the invention.
This plastic is characterized by its high abrasion resistance and it gives the sole a spring-back effect. The latter has an advantageous effect, above all, in a football boot equipped with such an outsole, in which the springing back of the outsole is of primary importance for the game or for safe ball handling. Up to now, no sports shoe, in particular football boots, is known which has the advantages described above.
The leather covering arranged on the edge of the outsole eliminates the possibility of injuries from the edges of the outsole according to the invention.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the leather cover with a midsole consists of one piece. The leather midsole ensures a secure connection between the individual layers of the sole. The latter is due to the fact that the leather of the midsole has excellent adhesion to the hexamethylenediamine-adipic acid polycondensate due to its long-fiber structure.
It is known from street shoes to produce multi-layer shoe soles from polyamides, the individual layers being of different flexibility. Lederah cases are usually incorporated into these soles in order to set a certain flexibility. The individual layers of the shoe sole have a different composition. For example, one layer consists of a polyamide containing caprolactam and another of a polyamide obtained from hexamethylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid. Apart from the fact that the manufacture of such multilayer for.
If the soles provided for street shoes are particularly cumbersome, they aim for a purpose that is completely different from the teaching of the invention, namely to improve the flexibility of the sole material. It is also known in the art to use plastics, e.g. B. also Ny- 'Ion, to be processed into crepe soles for street shoes. Synthetic midsoles are also known. Here too, value is always placed on the softness of the footwear. In contrast, as can be seen from the above, the invention takes completely different paths with regard to the task and solution.
The invention is to be explained with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. 1 shows a sports shoe with E of the outsole according to the invention in a perspective view, FIG. 2 shows a bottom view of the sports shoe shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a detail of the sports shoe in longitudinal section.
