Backofen.

Oven.
The present inventions have improvements to baking ovens as their object, namely they relate to ovens with heating by heating tubes, further to ovens with air heating and finally to a special heat-accumulating protective layer for the oven walls and aim to increase the efficiency of the ovens.
The accompanying drawing shows in FIG. 1 an oven constructed on the basis of these inventions in a longitudinal section, in FIG. 2 in a cross section; Fig. 3 shows a detail.
EMI1.1
divided into several floors. Each of these floors can be fed individually through its own insertion openings 3. The heating element built into the oven is used to heat the air in the baking rooms, which according to the invention consists of several pipes 5 arranged vertically above the furnace room 4 in a plane parallel to the loading direction of the baking rooms and opening into a common exhaust pipe 6.
This pipe system advantageously divides the baking chamber into two equal parts, which can be loaded independently of one another through a mouth hole each. The heating gases developing on the grate 8 sweep through the heating pipes 5 into the exhaust pipe 6 and from there to the forge. The heating space 4 is also surrounded by a jacket 9 - and this is also the subject of the invention - on the top surface of which pipes 11 protruding upwards are attached. These have lateral openings 12 through which the air entering the jacket 9 through an opening 10 provided with a regulating flap and heated there flows out in a distributed state into the baking chamber. A cross section through the heating space and the jacket 9 is shown in Fig. 3 on a somewhat larger scale.
In order to create space for the radiator including the pipes 5 and 11, the hissing arches 2 leave a space free around the longitudinal center plane of the furnace, which at the same time also serves for communication between the individual floors. Above a pipe 14 opening into the heating room 4, there is also an evaporation vessel 13 with a water solution pipe and a steam distribution pipe 17-20, the heating gases flowing through the flue pipes 15, 15 into the forge.
In order to fully utilize the heat contained in the heated air, the
Cross winds are laid inside with a pebble layer 22, which is held in place by wire nets or grids 23. This wärmcaufspeicbernde layer is able to quickly compensate for temperature fluctuations in the baking space, because the space receiving the Kiesol layer is connected to the baking space.
The furnace heating pipe system can be constructed to be disassemblable so that it can be removed from the furnace for cleaning or repairs.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Oven with heating pipes arranged in the baking room, characterized by a pipe battoric consisting of a number of upright pipes (5) arranged in a plane parallel to the charging direction, which are connected to one another at the top by a common pipe (16) leading to the exhaust in the same plane and are passed through these in the case of several floors, for the purpose of making the heating surface as large as possible with unhindered loading and emptying of the furnace.
2. Oven with air heating, characterized in that a jacket (9) connected to the outside air is arranged around the furnace chamber inside the furnace, with which the distribution pipes (11) provided with lateral openings communicate, the air flowing into the jacket heated and evenly distributed through the distribution pipes inside the furnace chamber.
