Schuhoberteilseite her erfolgen.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :

Fastening part for running marks on shoes
The production of shoes, which are known to consist of an outsole and an insole, between which the upper part or the upper parts are clamped, and have a tread surface on the heel, as well as the renewal of the outsole and the tread surface on the heel, require cumbersome, time-consuming and therefore costly operations.
The present invention now aims. to create a shoe in which worn outsoles or heels can be replaced relatively quickly and easily and therefore the shoe can possibly even be repaired by a non-specialist with an at most prefabricated new tread surface.
Various proposals have already been made for attaching a replaceable running patch.
So one has z. B. provided the tread with one-sided projections, such as pins, webs and. dgL, with which they were fixed in the corresponding recesses in the paragraph. Furthermore, it is also known to fasten the tread surface by at least one screw on the heel or, when using a tread made of rigid material (metal, plastic, etc.) to work threaded holes into the same, when using a soft material, however, the threaded holes into the Work in running stains inserted eyelets.
The present invention relates to a particularly simple and expedient type of fastening and is essentially characterized in that the fastening part for treads on shoes consists of a plate with a circumferential, upstanding edge and that the plate is provided with bores for fastening the tread. The edge preferably has an external thread which can be screwed into an internal thread on the underside of the shoe.
In this way, it is possible to machine the treads quickly and easily.
The part that is intended as a stepping surface for the paragraph can be made of rigid material such as metal, plastic and the like. Like., exist, or when using soft soles made of leather, rubber, etc. The attachment of the running stain can be done by pins or screws from the heel or shoe upper side.
