Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen tertiären Aminen
In der österr. Patentschrift Nr. 191869 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von tertiären Aminen der allgemeinen Formel I :

beschrieben, nach welcher man tertiäre Aralkylaminonitrile der Formel II :

mit Organomagnesiumhalogeniden der Formel III : Y-Mg-Hal (111) in Gegenwart von Lösungsmitteln umsetzt.
Hiebei bedeuten R und R eine Alkyl-, Oxyalkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl- oder Aralkylgruppe, wobei R und Ra gleich oder verschieden sein oder auch mit N einen gegebenenfalls ein weiteres Heteroatom enthaltenden heterocyclischen Ring bilden können und R Wasserstoff, eine Alkyl-oder Alkoxygruppe und Y einen gegebenenfalls substituierten Aryl-, Alkyl-, Aralkyl- oder Cycloalkylrest, wobei R kein Wasserstoffatom sein kann, wenn Y Phenyl oder ein Alkylrest mit 1-2 Kohlenstoffatomen ist.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man die neuen 1- (Halogenphenyl)-2-aminoalkane der allgemeinen Formel IV :

In the Austrian patent specification No. 191869 a process for the preparation of tertiary amines of the general formula I is:

Here, R and R denote an alkyl, oxyalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl group, where R and Ra may be identical or different or with N may form a heterocyclic ring optionally containing another heteroatom and R is hydrogen, an alkyl or Alkoxy group and Y an optionally substituted aryl, alkyl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl radical, where R cannot be a hydrogen atom when Y is phenyl or an alkyl radical having 1-2 carbon atoms.
It has now been found that the new 1- (halophenyl) -2-aminoalkanes of the general formula IV:
