worin R einen 5-gliedrigen ungesättigten, gegebenenfalls durch niedere Alkylgruppen substituierten heterocyclischen Rest bedeutet, wobei das Heteroatom in Form eines Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatoms vorliegt, und von Salzen dieser Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 3-Hydroxy-morphinan mit reaktionsfähigen Derivaten der Carbonsäure der allgemeinen Formel R-CH2 -COOH, worin R die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat, umsetzt und das entstandene Säureamid mit einem Alkalimetallaluminiumhydrid reduziert.

wherein R is a 5-membered unsaturated heterocyclic radical optionally substituted by lower alkyl groups, the heteroatom being in the form of an oxygen or sulfur atom, and salts of these compounds, characterized in that 3-hydroxymorphinane is used with reactive derivatives of the carboxylic acid of the general formula R-CH2 -COOH, in which R has the meaning given above, and the acid amide formed is reduced with an alkali metal aluminum hydride.
