Electromagnetic switching device, in particular contactor
The invention relates to an electromagnetic switching device, in particular a contactor, whose switching head attached to the armature is designed as a carrier for the switching bridges of movable main and auxiliary contacts and the fixed contacts associated with these contacts being attached to the device housing.
In contactors of this type, the moving main and auxiliary contacts are fastened with their switching bridges on a one-piece support. Since, in the case of normally closed contacts, the fixed contact part lies above the associated movable contact part, the switch bridge carrier cannot be easily removed from the device. If wearing parts such as contacts and coils have to be replaced quickly, the time required for this is large and not operationally justifiable. Therefore, even auxiliary contacts are not arranged on the one-piece switch bridge carrier, but at another point of the contactor as a separate component in itself, taking greater device dimensions into account.
The invention is based on the object of designing the jumper carrier and arranging the auxiliary contacts on it in such a way that it can move in the direction of the path covered by it during the transition from the working position to the rest position without removing contacts or contact parts and without loosening line connections can be removed from the device.
The invention consists in that the carrier of the switching bridges is designed in three parts and consists of a middle part and two side parts on it that can be moved transversely to the switching direction, and the middle part carrying the movable main contacts with their switching bridges and the side parts carrying the movable auxiliary contacts with their switching bridges.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows the three-part switch bridge carrier with two side parts located in the working position and held in this position by screws: FIG. 2 the same switch bridge carrier, but with side parts held in the working position by a compression spring; Fig. 3 u, 1d 4 the switching bridge carrier according to FIGS. 2 and i, but with the side parts pushed to the central part.
The switching bridge carrier consists of the central part 1 connected to the armature 3 and the side parts 2 and 2 'which can be displaced towards the central part in the rest position and away from the central part into the working position. Each side part has an arm 4 provided with a longitudinal slot and is held on the middle part with a screw 5 reaching through the slot. The fixed main contacts 7, fixed normally open contacts 8 and fixed normally closed contacts 9 are attached to the device housing and are shown in dashed lines for clarity.
The movable main contacts 7 'assigned to these contacts are arranged in the central part 1 and the movable working contacts 8' and movable normally closed contacts 9 'in the side parts 2 and 2' with their switching bridges. 10 is a stop on the device housing, not shown, and limits the switching path of the magnet armature or the carrier of the contact bridges in the direction of arrow B.
If the switching bridge support has to be removed from the device in order to change the moving main or break contacts or the magnetic coils, the side parts 2 and 2 'in the working position must be pushed towards the middle part 1 in the direction of arrow A after loosening the screw 5.
Another embodiment is that the side parts are held in their working position by a compression spring 6 guided in the switch bridge carrier 1 instead of screws.
